One Month Later...
I shoot up in bed as pain radiates through my stomach and back. I feel a wetness between my legs and instantly know what's happening. My water broke. I shake Reece and he stirs.
"Reece. Wake up," I demand, desperately. He opens his eyes and looks at me. When he realizes what's happening, they widen.
"Holy s**t. You're in labor. This can't be happening right now."
"Well, tell that to your children," I snap, the contractions coming closer now. He laughs and gets out of bed. He picks me up and carries me through the house to the car. At the hospital, I am admitted, dressed, and given ice chips to stay hydrated.
Over the past month, Reece and I have decorated the nursery and finished all the preparations. Nash has moved into his own apartment in town. His mate, Layla, and I have also become friends. After our scare, I was put on bed rest and Reece started to work from home a lot more to take of me, but after the babies are born, he will be returning to his office at the pack house.

One Hour Later...
Reece is pacing. We've been at the hospital for a little over an hour. My contractions are now a minute apart and I'm eight centimeters dilated. The pain is also getting worse.
After we arrived, Reece called my parents and Nash. They were on vacation and won't be here until later on. Nash is already here but is in the waiting room. Reece stops pacing and sits in the chair by my bed. I grab his hand to calm him down. He looks up at me with a worried look on his face.
"What's wrong?" I ask him.
"Nothing. I just can't deal with you being in so much pain and that there is nothing I can do to help it."
"Oh, honey. Blame it on Eve. She's the dumb b***h that ate the apple."
Reece laughs and shakes his head. "Goofy girl."
A few minutes later, a nurse walks in to check how much I've dilated. She looks up and smiles. "It's time to push. I'll get Dr. Fisher," she says before leaving again.
"Finally," I say, relieved. Reece and I wait until Dr. Fisher comes in and the need to push and the pain are becoming too much.
I whimper when I can't take it any longer. "Baby, you're doing great. They are almost here."
The doctor comes in a moment later. "Alrighty. You ready to become parents today?"

Alpha Reece Teller-
I watch as November gives birth to our children, holding my hand the entire time. She is so beautiful, even when she's sweating and cursing at me for putting her through this.
"Come on. You can do this, baby," I encourage her, kissing her temple.
"God, I hate you. Why did you have to be a slut and get me knocked up?"
I laugh. "Sorry, baby. I'll make it up to you later. I promise."
She pushes with all her might and a few minutes later, I hear the first cry. "It's a boy," Dr. Fisher announces.
Holy s**t. I feel tears hit my eyes.
"Now, November, I want you to push for me one more time. That little princess is almost out."
November does as she's told, her face red. Then, a moment later, our daughter is here. I walk over to where she and Maddox are, their cries echoing through the hospital room. Our babies are cleaned, weighed and wrapped in blankets.
"Girl is 8 lbs, 11 oz. Boy is 8 lbs, 15 oz. Both perfectly healthy," a nurse announces. I look at November who has tears in her eyes. She looks exhausted. I walk towards her and cup her face, wiping away the tears.
"What's wrong?"
"Are they okay?"
"Both perfect and beautiful. Just like you. Thank you, baby." I lean forward and kiss her lips. I can taste her tears. The babies are taken to the hospital nursery and I follow, leaving November, but promising to come back.
Later on, once the twins have fallen asleep, I lay with November on her hospital bed. I run my hands along her back as she sleeps peacefully. She's exhausted. I look down at her and smile wide. After she's healed, I'm going to marry her. Even if it's just a simple wedding, but I can't wait. I want her to be my wife.
I unwrap myself from her and walk to the waiting room where her parents are. Nash comes up to me and pats me on the back.
"She okay, bro?"
"Yeah. She's fine and so are the babies."
Willow speaks up. "When can we see them?" She asks, excited.
I turn toward her. "November is asleep, but I'll take you to see the twins."
I lead them to the nursery and find Maddox and Jasmine. Maddox has black hair and blue eyes like me and Jasmine has my hair color, but November's green eyes.
They are both sleeping without a care in the world. I smile.

Three Weeks Later...
I stand in front of the mirror, making sure everything is perfect. When I'm satisfied, I open the door and collide with someone.
"I'm so sorry. Are you okay?"
"Perfectly fine, baby. Just coming to see what is keeping my bride."
I look up to see Reece. "I had to fix my makeup. Are you ready?"
"Yep. Just waiting for you." Reece and I are getting married today. We decided to get married in Niagara Falls. It was a spur of the moment decision, but we're happy with it. The twins are with my parents, which gives Reece and I a little vacation time.
"Well, let's go. I don't want to wait any longer," Reece says. He laces his fingers with mine and together we walk to the altar.
