The entire ride to the carnival I kept sneaking peaks at Mae. She was always beautiful to me but tonight she was damn sexy. I almost called off the date and just took her back to the house. Almost. But I wanted her to enjoy herself. The amusement park was fun, but we couldn't go on any rides together that the kids couldn't go on.
"So where are we going?" Mae asked.
"A place," I smirked.
"So, I can't even know where we're going?"
"Not until we get there." She huffed. We were quiet most of the ride there. It wasn't awkward or anything. The atmosphere was very laid back and relaxed which is good. After some time, we pulled up to the carnival.
