Today took a turn for the interesting. To actually be able to sit and talk to another human being was nice. I didn’t feel so alone anymore. He even offered to walk with me out of the school so no one would bother me. Of course I was a bit hesitant much like how I was with Tre but much like the same, he didn’t give me a bad vibe. Dez seemed genuinely concerned for my wellbeing.
I also learned even though they’re both pretty popular, he doesn’t associate with any of the popular kids or anyone at this school much. He only associates with DJ because they play sports together.
