The Galaxy Wolf: The Lost Tribrid

Chapter 1

Galassia

Hello, My name is Galassia, but I prefer to go by Asia. I am four foot nine and I have long hair that goes down past my butt. It looks like it's been died because of the color but it's my original hair color. It's black, blue, and purple, and my eyes are violet with little flecks of yellow. I am eighteen years old and have been on my own since I was fifteen when I was emancipated from the state of Maine.

The foster home that I grew up in was bad. I was always bullied by the other kids and made fun of because of how small I was. When I was fifteen I saved a lot of money and used some of it to get emancipated from the state. Then I started to invest my money and made a lot of it. I rented a small studio apartment for a few months making trips back through the forest to see my friends. I hated that I wasn't as close to Oakley anymore. Sheldon and Shelby still came to see me and Malachi lived with me. I bought a little hamster cage for him, for when the landlord stops by. To keep up to ruse it even has a hamster wheel and I got him a ball.

I even had a little travel box for him so that I could take him with me without it seeming weird. Even though it was to keep up appearances he loved to play on the wheel and in the ball. So I would get him different little toys when I was at the store. I wanted to set up a feeder for my squirrels but I was on the second floor and wasn't able to.

When I was at work I would often hear little snippets about the orphanage and the woman who ran it being in a lot of trouble for something. I never did hear what she did, but from what I heard it was pretty bad. I didn't hear what it was though, she just seemed to disappear. By winter that year, the orphanage was being sold and it was moving elsewhere. And with someone else running it. The orphanage moved to the other side of town and was now right on the edge of town. When they moved I let them know that I wouldn't be going because I was emancipated. They were too worried about the other kids to care about me. So I didn't have to worry about going with them or being bullied anymore.

I found out who was selling the property and I bought it. It didn't cost a lot even though it sits on about fifty acres. I didn't think that the property was that big but when I get the deed it will show me just how big it is. They just wanted it gone and fast. I didn't want to see someone else buy it and cut the trees down. And I didn't want to move away from what I now consider to be my family. I couldn't leave Oakley and my furry friends. So, after I bought it, I went through the house to clean it out and then I had it torn down. I got a manufactured home put in and I loved it. I also got a fence put up around my property after I got the deed and saw where my property lines were. It was actually bigger than I thought it was. It was one hundred acres with the house at the front of the property. And at the back of the property, it came out right on the ocean. So without harming any of the trees or land, I was able to get a fence built for protection. I was able to get it built right on the property line. It was almost like the trees moved back onto my property out of the way.

I lived in my little studio until my new house was ready which didn't take long. When you first walk in you walk into the living room. Off to the right you have the master bedroom, and off to the left of it you have the master bathroom and walk-in closet. From the living room, you have the kitchen and a bedroom off of it. The bedroom is off to the left from the front door. And it's connected to another bedroom by a Jack and Jill bathroom. If you walk through it to the other bedroom you come out into the laundry room. It has a door that leads outside of it. There is a door that leads into a sitting room and off of it there is another bedroom with a bathroom connected to it. But the bathroom is also accessible by a little hallway that has closets in it. You can access it from the little hallway that goes from the sitting room to the kitchen. The hallway also has a pantry in it. Then you have the kitchen and dining room. It's probably my favorite room in the house. It has a huge Island and double ovens, with plenty of storage space.

I made the back bedroom into a guest bedroom and used the other two. I turned one into my art studio and the other into an office. The little sitting room in the back of the house I started to turn into a library. I built tall bookshelves and put them all around the room. I added an electric fireplace and put a couple of bit comfy chairs in front of it with a little coffee table in between. I also added a little side table in between them.

The only window in the room was a big bay window with storage underneath the seat. It had a couple of plug-ins inside of it so I decided to make use of it. I bought two little mini-fridges and put them inside of it. One for drinks and one for snacks. I also added throw pillows and a couple of throw blankets to the window seat. And a throw blanket over the chair that I sit in to read. I wanted to be comfortable when I was reading.

I tried to make my home as cozy as possible. I didn't want the fact that I have always been alone to keep me from having a nice home. I even set up a place in my office with the hamster cage for Malachi, he loved the cage but spent most of the time wherever I was, and was usually in my pocket. I got a table that sat low to the ground and then built a little ramp for him to be able to walk up and down. all of his toys were also on the table.

Outside I built a little house that would fit Sheldon and Shelby in it and even added a place to put food and water. All I can say is thank goodness for YouTube because I used it a lot while I was working on the house. There are videos for everything on there. I spent the rest of that year working on my house when I wasn't painting or working. It didn't have to have much done to it but I did do some painting on the walls and decorating. If you step into my house you'll see a theme to everything. For some reason, I'm obsessed with everything galaxy-related. So I have a lot of decorations and colors that go with it. I also have a lot of different plants inside and outside. I even have plants all over the kitchen that I use for cooking and making tea. I also learned how to cook real food and became pretty good at it after a lot of failed attempts. At least I think that it's good now and just keeps getting better.

When March eighteenth came around I celebrated my sixteenth birthday In the woods with my family. I made a small plain vanilla cake for Sheldon, Shelby, and Malachi to eat. And I made a cake for me that was a galaxy-looking one. We had cake and spent the day together lying in the branches of Oakley's tree. it was a good birthday, probably one of the best that I had ever had. About three months later I found out why everyone thought that I was a preemie. On the night of June 20th, something happened to me to change my world. And I found out that the birthday that I thought was mine actually wasn't.
