Lilith’s pov
The past nine days have passed far too quickly, all my family decided to stay at the Palace in the magical kingdom to spend time with the twins, and also to get as much time with me as they could before I left. Regina came on my birthday after spending her obligatory few days at home for the month.
I refused a party for my 18th birthday, as I didn’t feel much like celebrating. Also, as a royal, it is normally a way to meet as many people as possible in case you are their beloved. I knew mine so the party was not necessary.
With Cassie just having the twins, she wasn’t up for a big get-together anyway, so my family agreed to just have a small gathering with just family. I preferred it that way, I didn’t need anyone else. This was perfect, just us, and no Ezekiel.
