Chapter :- 11.

As Zene was searching for an opportunity to apologize to Erlik and Erlik was searching for an opportunity to apologize to Sylvia, none of them got that chance to do it that night because of the presence of other's in the dining table. So both of them thought to wait till the next day to fix their mistakes.

At night Erlik stayed awake sitting beside the window to look for the girl, that sneaks inside the palace at night. And exactly as he thought, right after midnight, he saw that girl coming towards the palace. He thought that no matter what, he will catch that girl to see who she is. So he quickly but silently got out of his room and went downstairs towards the front gate.

Hiding himself in a corner, he waited for anyone to get inside. But even after waiting for almost an hour, he saw that no one came inside. But he knows that who ever that girl was, she enters the palace for sure. If she didn't come through the front gate then there must be some other way to get inside. But for today, he lost his chance to catch that girl and got back to his room defeated. Then he fell asleep with the thought that he could catch that girl the next day.

Next day morning, they all gathered for breakfast in correct time. But they finished their meals in different times. Sylvia ate faster than she normally does and excused herself from the table. Erlik knows that she's doing this because she was angry at him, and she doesn't want to give him any chance to talk to her. But Erlik was also determined to make her fall for him again. So without wasting any time, he excused himself too and went behind Sylvia.

The spoiled princess Sylvia, walked herself to the seashore of that island, showing her self pride to everyone. Erlik followed her behind even if he doesn't want to. It was hurting his self-respect but he had to do it to keep his father's wish. So he kept following her until she finally decides to stop.

“Done being angry at me?” Erlik asked just as she stopped.

“Stop following me and go away. I don't want to talk to you.” Sylvia tried to drive him away.

“Still you're holding it against me. Can't you forgive me for once? I know I made a mistake. I shouldn't have played with them. But what can I do. It got my interest because I have never played such games in my childhood. Please forgive me and I promise that I won't do such mistakes again.” Erlik apologized to Sylvia so sincerely that it seemed like he was truly sorry for it. But little did Sylvia know that it was all his acts to manipulate her.

“It's not about playing games. It's about playing with a certain person. I can't believe you got so close to Zene. It seemed like you two were about to kiss each other. But why should it concern me? I'm no one to you. You can choose anyone you want to get close with.” Sylvia said as she was about to start crying. Erlik understood what the real problem was. She got jealous to see him close to Zene. And it was good news for him because that means that Sylvia was falling for him. This is what his plan was from the beginning.

“What? You thought I was about to kiss your sister? How could you think of me like that? I don't like her. Not a bit. I just like you and I want to be with you. It was just an accident what you saw yesterday. Please believe me.” Erlik said and hold Sylvia's hand.

It made Sylvia completely speechless. She never thought that the man she wants, likes her back too. She couldn't believe her ears that just heard the confession of the handsomest man he ever saw. She couldn't believe her eyes that proved that he's the same man she wants. Sylvia got so emotional from Erlik's sudden confession that she jumped on Erlik and hugged him.

“I can't believe you like me. I like you too. In fact, I love you. I wanted to be with you since I saw you first time. I'm so happy that you feel the same as me.” Sylvia expressed her feelings to Erlik breaking all the bonds that was holding her. She was way beyond happy to get the man he always dreamed of.

On the other hand, Erlik was stunned from Sylvia's sudden action. He knew that she would fall for him eventually, but he didn't think she already has those feelings for him. And the most shocking thing was her hug. He never thought Sylvia would show such affection so soon. But whatever happened was only going in Erlik's favor. As much affection she would show for him, that much better it will be for him. Her closeness will give him an easy access to suck her blood when the time comes.

An evil smirk came onto Erlik's face thinking about it. To show his fake care for her, he hugged Sylvia back. It gave her more happiness as she closed the gap between them more by joining their body closer. After staying like this for a while, she separate herself from him with a blushing face.

“So this means we are together now, isn't it?” Sylvia asked him once to make sure.

“I guess so. Finally, we are together.” Erlik's reply made her blush even harder.

“But this is not how I wanted to propose to you. I thought I would do something special to make this day special for you.” Erlik said to show her that he is really serious about their relationship.

“You still can if you want.” Sylvia said, and it made Erlik's smile disappear.

He said that only to make her feel special, but he didn't realize that things will change this way. He never made any plans for her but now that he told her this lie, he has to do something for her.

'Ugh… What have I gotten myself in?' he thought to himself but kept a fake smile in his face to show how determined he is.

“Let me see what can I manage quickly. Wait for me here okay?” Saying this he got up from his place and entered the forest beside the place they were standing on.

While searching for anything special, Erlik cursed himself for telling her that lie. Now he needs to give her something to show his love. But what? As he kept searching for anything nice to give a girl, he came in front of a place where there was a few trees with beautiful flowers on them. Instantly an idea came into his mind. He could give her some flowers, and it will be equally romantic as anything unique or special. Thinking this he went to pick some flowers from there.

As he got close to those trees, he found someone already present in there and with the same intentions as him. He found Zene under those trees, picking flowers from branches. At first Zene didn't notice Erlik as she was trying hard to get hold of the branch few inches up from her. She was trying hard to catch it even if she needs to jump for it. Zene was so drowned in her own work that she didn't notice when Erlik went to her and stood behind her.

After trying for a while, she finally gave up and started huffing. But all of a sudden she felt a pair of hands hold her from waist and picking her up from the ground. She got startled from that sudden touch and tried to wiggle out of it in fear. But unfortunately while trying to get out, she slipped from that hand and fell on the ground with a thud.

“Oh! I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to drop you. I was just trying to help, but you were wiggled so much that I couldn't keep holding you anymore. I'm really sorry.” Zene looked up to see Erlik standing in front of her with an apologetic look.

“Here, take my hand.” Erlik forwarded his hand to help Zene get up from the ground. She looked at his face once before taking the help he was offering her.

“I'm truly sorry for dropping you like that. This is the second time you got hurt because of me. I don't know why I kept hurting you without any intention to do it.” Erlik apologized to her, and it reminded Zene that she was the one who should apologize to Erlik for her past rude behavior.

“It's okay. It's not your fault. You were only trying to help me. Like yesterday. I'm sorry I acted rudely with you yesterday, when I was supposed to thank you for trying to save me, two times. I'm really sorry.” Zene apologized to Erlik as her head dropped in shame.

“It's okay. I forgave you a long time ago. Kally was right. You do get everything late.” Erlik said and chuckled.

“What?” Zene couldn't understand was he was saying.

“Yesterday after you were gone, Kally told me that you would feel bad for acting like that and come to apologize to me later. This is how you are, always.” Erlik said making Zene smile in embarrassment. She couldn't believe Kally told him the secrets of both sisters to him now.

“By the way, what are you doing here?” Erlik asked showing the surrounding place.

“I was here to pick flowers to make accessories out of them. But what are you doing here” Zene asked him back.

“Same as you. Picking flowers.” He said showing her the flowers upwards. But Zene's eyes scrunched to here it.

“Why? What do you need flowers for?”

Now Erlik realized what mistake he just did. He said the truth in front of Zene. Now he has to tell her the whole truth too. It wasn't supposed to be so hard to tell her the truth, but something was stopping him to say it. He felt like if he tells her the truth, he will lose her when the reality was he never got her in the first place.

“Uhh… It's your older sister's order. I'm just following it.” Erlik lied to her but Zene accepted it. According to her, it's not impossible for Sylvia to order something like this to him. She's always a little bossy, and she likes to made others do want she wants.

“Let's get into it then. I would suggest not to let my sister wait for long. It makes her crazy if she has to wait for anything. So, let's begin.” Zene said with a gorgeous smile which melted Erlik's heart instantly. He likes to see Zene's smile all the time.

Then they both got started picking out all the best flowers from those trees, but again Zene fell into same trouble. She could not manage to reach the branch that contains many beautiful white flowers.

“Need help?” Erlik asked when he noticed that.

“I think I need a little help this time.” Zene admitted the truth when she saw that there's no way she could reach it.

Erlik went behind her and was about to pick her up by holding her waist like the last time but Zene stopped him.

“Wait. Don't touch me there. Umm.. I'm a little tickling on my waist. Can we think of something else please?” Zene said while blushing by admitting the truth she fell for the last time. She felt a little embarrassed to tell him her deepest secret.

“Ohh.. Okay. Uhh… Are you ticklish anywhere else?" Erlik asked as he smiled to see her blushing face.

“Nope. Just there.”

After confirming that there's no problem to touch her anywhere else, Erlik got close to her. He sneaked his arms around her hips and closed the distance between them as their chest touch each others. Zene's arms went on Erlik's shoulders unintentionally as she couldn't understand what he was trying to do. But the closeness they were in, it was making some butterflies erupt inside her stomach.
