I nodded and he walked past me, holding my hand as he did. We walked down together, and the police stopped resisting the bodyguards that covered up the place so they couldn't go any further. I now walked beside him, my face straight, or at least, that's how I wanted to keep it. We got to the men and Carl raised a brow. The bodyguards opened up and the head, probably the person in charge of the case walked forward, clasping his hands behind him. "Good morning, Sir." Carl gave a curt nod. "Same to you, officer. Is there something I can help you with?" "Well, I believe there is a corpse in your house right now. We received a tip about it." I turned to Carl whose expression was the same.
