I clenched my fists harder, my nails dogging into my palm. He leaned away from me slowly, his eyes carrying humor, mixed with ice. Ice that told me this man had more than this game up his sleeve, and he was determined to ruin me for simply being affiliated with Brian. "I will never...ever...enjoy a single moment I spend with you. Ever." I said through gritted teeth. He nodded passively, like he didn't care. Which he didn't. "Your loss." With that, he walked away and left the door open, presumably for when I decided to go in. I decided to check other rooms and see if I could go against his wishes and stay in another room. It was to my utter dismay when the first door I tried to open came up locked. I went to the next, and after five doors, I was sure the bastard has left me no option.
