You will stay

Lukas headed to his office, thinking what will be the best way to make his mate stay with him. He didn’t want to scary her, but he also couldn’t allow her to leave. What was happening with him, the most powerful alpha, scared that his mate will leave him. He was becoming soft.

- Nathan, come to my office, and tell Tom to come with you. -  Lukas said through his mind link.

Not after a couple of minutes, his beta and his third in command entered the office.

- Alpha, - the two men bowed their heads.

- Tom, I want you to watch over Alexandra and Sang all the time. From now on you will be their guard.

- Yes, alpha. – said Tom and left the office.

- Nate, we have a problem. The guards of the border reported me that there were intruders – rogues. The try to trespass more often than before. Take care of this problem, and double the guards. With Luna Dixon, Dany and the girls, we can’t afford threats. No harm can come to any of them.

- I know. Do you have an idea who is after Luna Dixon?

- Not really, but Thomas is gonna take care of him. The problem that stays is that Sam can’t be found here. Also, once they find about our mates, they will be in danger. I have to make them stay here, but still have no idea how.

- Let’s not forget the annual alpha meeting that is coming.

- Yeah.

- I saw that you have marked our Luna. – said Nathan with a smile on his face.

- I had to make sure that everybody know that she is mine. You better do it too.

- You know that I want, but Sang is like a little child afraid of the world surrounding her. I don’t want to scary her.

The men kept talking about their mates when they heard a loud scream coming from downstairs.

- Yes, yes, yes … are you serious? You are really coming? – Alli was talking on the phone. – Okay, I will tell Sang. Love you. Bye.

- Who was that? – asked Sang

- Baby, it was Ibrahim. He and Murat are coming to see us.

- What? … - asked Sang, while huge smile was forming on her face – You are not joking right?

- No! They are coming the day after tomorrow.

Sang was already making the happy dance, when Luke and his beta entered the living room. They had already heard the entire conversation between the girls, and they weren’t happy about it.

- Who are Ibrahim and Murat? – asked Samantha, while smiling at the joy the girls were showing.

- They are the love of our lives. – Sang said

At the other part of the room two very angry wolfs were about to snap when they heard what she said. Lukas was barely controlling himself. Who the hell was that man? The love of her life? Only through his dead body. He went straight to Alli and hugged her from behind. She was a little bit of shocked from the sudden embrace. Luke kissed his mark, and took a deep breath, calming himself from the scent of his mate.

- Mine, - he said with a deep husky voice.

- What? – asked Alli – What did you say? -  the happiness in her voice was no longer there. Instead of happiness there was fear.

Was she afraid of him? … Luke was shocked. His own mate was afraid of him. Just as he loosened his grip, Alli slipped from his hands and left the room. Sang watched as her friend left the room and headed to the upstairs. Then she turned to Luke:

- You’ve slept with her, am I right? – asked Sang

- Does that concern you?

- Yes, it concerns me, so let me tell you something, you are not the first neither the last man that she sleeps with. There were many before you and there will be many after you. Alli have never had a relationship, not after everything that happen to us. For us, s*x is just a way to release the pressure. We never do it twice with the same guy. So, I will recommend you to stop daydreaming. … Look we are grateful that you saved us, but don’t mess with our live.

Sang was angry. After she said that, she left the room and went to find her friend. Once she was out of the room, Luke started shaking. He was losing control.

- Who does she think she is to tell me to stay away of my mate? My mate!

He was out of control. His eyes became darker. His wolf was taking control of him. Nathan tried to calm him, but nothing worked. Lukas stormed into his room where Alli and Sang were. Samantha and Nate came right after him. His beta took Sang, even thou she was resisting, and he left with her. He didn’t want his mate to get hurt.

- Sang, let them take care of their problem. – said Nate

- Let me go. – said Sang – He has no right to act like this. Who does he think he is? That’s my friend, my sister over there.

Sang was fighting to release herself, but Nate’s grip was strong. He picked her bridal style and took her into his room.

- Sang, listen to me. You will let them deal with that by themselves. I won’t allow you to get hurt. – said Nate and took a step closer to his mate.

- You don’t get it right? It’s not that they can’t deal with it by themselves, I’m not worried about that. What I’m worried is that Alli will say something that she doesn’t mean. Right now, she will say everything as long as she gets rid of him. She may hurt him.

- Don’t worry about that. Luke can take care of her.

Nate couldn’t take it anymore. He wasn’t capable of staying so close to his mate without touching her, without kissing her. He slowly approached her like a predator going after his pray, and while Sang was still giving reasons why she should be there he took her into his embrace and kissed her. They fell together, folded toward each other, and then she leaned back, arching, shored on her back-braced arms, and she let him pace the occasion. At some point she opened her eyes and saw him watching her with lust. He touched her on the forehead between her eyes and ran his finger down the line of her nose.

- I want you, Sang Davis. – he stated

Sang was uncapable of saying anything. She desired him, since the first moment she saw him. She wanted him between her legs. She wanted to feel him. Barely without a voice, more like a whisper, she told him:

Nathan needed nothing else. He stormed her lips in a hungry kiss. In a matter of seconds, he ripped her clothes and she was completely naked in front of him. Alli woke up after couple of hours. Carefully she left the bed, trying not to wake Lukas up. She took one of his T-shirts and headed downstairs to the living room. Surprisingly for her she was feeling hungry. Alli saw Samantha sitting on the couch, holding her baby son.

- Hey, - said Alli

- You better? – asked her Sam

- Yeah, I don’t know why I reacted like this. … Mhhhh, Sam, do you know where the kitchen is?

- Are you hungry?

- Just a little bit.

- Just come with me. What do you want to eat?

- Well, some cereal will work.

- Can you take Dany for a little bit while I pour you cereal and milk?

- Okay, give him to me.

- Alli I was going to ask you something, if it’s not a problem, of course.

- Yeah, shoot it.

- I was wondering if you can help me with Dany. Since Thomas is not here, I really can’t manage to take care of him by myself. I have a hard time sleeping and if no one is helping me I won’t be capable to manage.

- If you think that me and Sang are gonna be in your help, it’s not a problem. And we kind of owe you. After all we attacked your husband without reason. So, of course that we will help you.

- Perfect. Then I will tell Lukas to prepare some rooms for you.

Before Alli could refuse her, Luke was already on the door.

- They wont need rooms. She can stay in my room and I bet that Nate will want Sang to stay into his.

- We can’t stay here. – said Alli – We have a place where we are staying right now.

- Alli, I think I already told you something earlier. – said Luke into her year.

That send shivers on Alli’s back and made her blush.

- So, it’s decided. Thank you, Lukas. – said Samantha and she winked at him.

The biggest problem Lukas had, was solved so easily by his cousin’s mate. He was both grateful and pleased.
