Alpha, save me

All over again

They were at the parking lot, all of them. Samantha was sitting in the car, still shocked at what happened. Her eyes were wide open, like she was still expecting to be attacked. Tom was guarding outside, when his alpha came with the girls. He could see how angry Lukas was and how afraid his Luna and her friend were. Tom was blaming himself for not being capable to protect his Luna, but her order was to save Sam, and he couldn’t disobey her, no matter how much he wanted. It was his first-time hearing Alexandra’s command. Never before he had heard her raising her voice or giving orders. Now he was sure that he was indeed his Luna. She had the same authority in her voice as his alpha. Her word was the law. From the way hi alpha looked, the yang werewolf knew that he will be punished for not protecting Alli. What he never saw was that he will receive help from her and that she will protect him from the anger of his alpha.

-          You failed to follow my orders. – said angrily Lukas – You disobeyed me.

Lukas took his delta for the neck and as he was about to throw him, Alexandra took his hand and stopped him.

-          I told him to save Samantha. I gave him that order. He did nothing but followed my order. Her child, Dany, was in danger. You have no idea what this bastard was going to do to him. – she said as the anger was taking over her. – Let him down, now! – she ordered Lukas

He was both amazed and confused. His own mate was giving him orders. It took him couple of seconds to decide what to do.

-          And what if I don’t do it? – he asked her with a smirk on his face.

-          You ….

Lukas was having fun with his mate’s reaction. First, she was confused, then she snapped.

-          You stupid son of a …. No, I can’t offend your mother. It’s not fair. Let him go now. – she said

Alexandra was going crazy after everything that happened, and Lukas was having fun with her. That was insane, she thought. It was like he was mocking her.

-          Lukas please, let him go. I really don’t have the strength to go with this. I’m really tired. Today is already a f*****g day, don’t make it worse. – she begged

-          Okay princess. – said Luke

He took her into his embrace right after he released his delta. Lukas helped her into the car and settled her before he started the engine. Nathan was already in the back of the car with Sang in his arms. He refused to let her out of his hands. If the first time the attack was an accident, this time it was planned. They weren’t sure if they should be happy that the attacker was targeting Samantha and Dany instead of their mates or not. Nathan knew that they had to protect Sam too. After all his alpha gave his word that he will protect Alpha Dixon’s mate and pup.

-          How could he be alive? – asked Sang after being silent for the whole time

-          I don’t know sunshine. I really have no idea. – told her Alli

-          We made sure he was dead when we left him in that rotten place. He wasn’t breathing, there was no pulse. How? … - she asked again in complete confusion.

Alexandra was silent.  Her brain wasn’t capable of processing the new information she received today.

-          Damn it. – she said. Alli knew that they had to start everything all over again. That means new identity, new birth certificate, new place, even new country. They had to start running again. After all, they had no other choice. – Sang, we have to prepare ourselves. – she told

Sang knew exactly what her friend meant. She nodded quietly. Neither Luke nor Nate knew what the girls were planning. The only thought they had in their mind right now was to keep their mates save. The four of them were travelling in silence. When they arrived in front of the mansion, Lukas parked the car and headed to Alli’s door, but she had already gotten out. Without waiting for the men, the girls went straight to their rooms and started packing.

Alli was putting the last of her stuff, when Lukas entered the room. First, he was shocked at what he was seeing, then he got afraid, but with the fear came the anger.

-          What do you think you are doing? – he asked her angrily. His eyes started becoming gold, as he was losing control of his wolf.

-          Can’t you see? I’m packing my stuff. We are leaving today. Both me and Sang.

-          No! – he said

Alli looked him with a confused expression.

-          What?

-          I said NO! – he raised his voice. – You are not leaving.

-          And who’s gonna stop me? – she asked, losing her nerves. – listen to me very careful, no one and I repeat no one can stop me from doing what I want. And right now, the man responsible for all the horror that happen in my, no in both my and Sang’s life is here again. After all these years, we thought that he was dead. He appeared in front of us, looking the exact same was he looked ten years ago. I’m not gonna spend even one more day afraid that he will come and take us. – she lost it – We are leaving today. I still don’t know for where, but we are leaving. – she said as tears started falling from her eyes – Maybe another country. Somewhere that he won’t find us. – she told him as she zipped her suitcase.

-          Alli, I’m gonna tell you again, you are not leaving. I’m not gonna allow it. You will be safe here. I will protect you. – told her Lukas as he was approaching her.

He took the frightened girl in his arms trying to calm her down. Alli was shaking. The fear took all over her and she started crying like a little child. Alexandra was holding for Lukas’ shirt, not capable of letting it. He felt her fear, he was hearing her heart that was about to explode, that’s how fast it was beating. He heard the screams coming from Nate’s room. He heard them fighting. Sang was about to break down.

Nate was doing everything possible to change the decision of his mate, but she was not falling. He then took her in a deep kiss in order to calm her down. The yelling stopped. Sang took the silent support that Nate was giving her. She gave up. The girl had no strength left to fight about anything. Nate deepened their kiss, till he heard her moaning’s. he kissed her mark sending shivers to her entire body.

One last time – thought Sang. She wanted to be with him for one last time. Sang allowed herself everything this time. She allowed herself to touch him everywhere, so that she can remember every little detail from his body. She was kissing him like her life depended on that. She assumed that this was the last time she was seeing him, so she allowed herself to tell him everything.

-          I need you Nate. – she said – I don’t know how or when but I think I have fallen for you. – she told him

Nathan was beyond happy. His mate, his beautiful girl loved him. That was all he ever wanted.

-          I love you baby girl. – he told her, as he took her clothes and placed her naked under him. This time he was more than gentle. He was touching her like she was made from glass. When he entered her, he felt like he was in heaven. She was his baby girl, and he was going to make her happy, no matter what.

Alli wasn’t sure how long she had been crying. She cried until there were no tears left in her eyes. Lukas was still holding her, still stroking her back. She felt the wet spot her tears had left on his shirt. Her eyes were about to close. She was tired, very tired. Luke took off his shirt and placed Alli on the bed. He took her in his embrace while she was falling asleep.

In the morning Alexandra woke up alone in the bed. She was grateful for that. This was giving her the time to prepare herself for leaving this place. Carefully, trying not to make much noise, she went to Sang’s room and knocked on the door. She didn’t wait much before the fully awake Sang opened her.

-          Are you ready? – she asked her friend

-          Yeah! – Sang told her

-          Did you say good buy to him? – she asked

-          You can say so. – her friend told her

-          I have packed my stuff, but left couple of my clothes, in case they suspect something.

-          Yeah, I did the same. When will we leave?

-          Probably after lunch, when Sam takes Dany to sleep. Lukas and Nathan won’t be here too. … Sang should we call Mac and tell him that we are leaving.

-          Better not, and I have already taken care of that. I settled an email to be sent to him after five days. In there I have written him everything he should know, so no worries about that.

-          So, we’ve prepared everything. We just have to leave. Where do you want to go?

-          Far … as far as we can. Maybe in Africa, or better in Australia.

-          Then Australia it is.

The girls took a deep breath before they headed to the living room pretending nothing has happened. Samantha was there playing with Dany.

-          Alli, Sang, you are awake. – she said

-          Yeah, we kind of … couldn’t sleep. – told her Sang

-          Let me take care of Dany. You better go rest for a while. You don’t seem fine Sam. – said Alli

-          I can’t sleep. Every time I close my eyes, I see these men trying to take Dany from me.

-          That’s normal. Don’t worry. You will forget with time. – comforted her Sang

-          Probably you are right.

-          Just go and rest. We will take care of him. Even if you don’t sleep, at least rest. – said Alli and sent Sam to her room.

-          Hey little one. I’m gonna miss you so much. – Alli was talking to Dany, even thou she knew he won’t answer her. – I know that everybody here is gonna protect you, so you don’t need to be afraid. – she kept telling him.

The girls were playing with Dany, giving him kisses and hugs, because they knew that they will probably never gonna see him again. The time was flying fast and before they realized the lunch time has come. Samantha came downstairs and took Dany for feeding, before she had put him into sleep. Neither of the girls were talking. It was hard enough for them to separate with their new friend and her child, that they adored. Just before Sam was about to head for her room, she turned around and looked into the girls.

-          There are spare keys at the first drawer on your left. – she told them – I’m not gonna stop you, because I would probably have done the same, but you should hurry. Nate and Luke will come back very soon. Don’t use the main road, or they will find you very quickly. – she told them with tears in her eyes. – I’m not gonna say goodbye, because it’s too painful. – she said before she left the living room.

Both friends did not lose any time. They took their suitcases and put them in the car. They found the keys at the exact place Sam has told them. They took a last glance at the house that has become their home for the last couple of days and entered the car. The last thing they did before they left was give a pray. A pray that they will manage to escape. To escape from everyone and everything. All over again.
