Melanie stared open-mouthed as a bunch of college kids took turns doing a keg-stand in the middle of Dylan's lawn.
"I don't think this is what an alpha mansion should be used for," Melanie stated apprehensively.
“Don’t worry, Josiah will take care of us,” Amy assured. “It’s a bit wilder than what we’re used to.” Amy relented.
“A bit? This is….it’s crazy!” Melanie exclaimed furiously. “I thought it was going to be like last time, only a handful of people from high school and mostly Dylan’s family.”
Amy tilted her head and looked at Melanie as if she'd grown two-heads.
"Well that would not have been as fun," Amy finally said.
Melanie suddenly remembered why exactly Amy and her had different ideas of 'fun'.
