Four. Zeiler’s POV "Mr. Herosa This is all the weekly reports you’re asking for. The strategic plan team proposed the things we need to enhance regarding the launching of your new hotel..." He wasn’t able to continue his sentence when I raised my hand to make him stop uttering sh*t. So f*****g loud! I rested my back on my swivel chair as I ordered him to pour me a glass of wine, which he immediately followed. I massaged the bridge of my nose before I took the folder that he placed on my table. “This isn’t the f*****g report I need to hear ass*ole.” I stared coldly into his eyes, which he quickly avoided. I made my fingers dance at the table while waiting for him to speak. I smirked when I saw how his eyes changed into anxious ones. This stupid ass*ole never learn his lesson. He cleared his throat. "About that, Mr. Herosa, I already asked your private investigator." He immediately avoided my eyes, as if he would meet his death when he saw my eyes. I drink my glass of wine. “So there’s still no news about it?” My tone became colder and deeper as I sneered in disbelief. My tongue plays on my lower lip. “Then connect me to Yu,” I added, while giving him a death glare. He nodded immediately, as if he was about to lose his life. A week had passed already and yet that scene from that restaurant was still bugging me as if it had something to do with my whole existence. F*ck it! I don’t f*****g know what’s wrong with me right now, but I just can’t f*****g get that b*tch out of my head lately. “Mr. Yu is currently at the meeting right now, Mr. Herosa," he said as soon as he put down his phone. "Should I schedule a meeting—" "Cut your sh*ts." He immediately lowered his head. I stood up from my swivel chair and walked closer into the glass window while staring at the city lights. Yu owns that famous restaurant, and he is also the one who recommended it to me. At first, I just went there to destroy the atmosphere, but when that damn b*tch manager showed up mightily, a strange feeling came over me. I don’t even f*****g know her, but it feels like I have met her before. This is so insane! I closed my eyes to get rid of that stupid sh*t that keeps bothering me. I'm so d*mn curious about her. The whole day, I was busy doing my entire business, yet that d*mn b*tch never got out of my head as if she really had something to do with me. Did she really d*mn put something on the food she cooked for me that day? F*ck it! “Thank you for allowing us to report our proposal, Mr. Herosa. I hope we will hear some good news soon.” He extended his hand to me, but I didn’t bother to waste my energy to do they same. I wasted my time listening to his sh*ts and he wants a handshake now? F*ck off! I stood up without waiting for him to speak up another sh*ts. I let my secretary deal with him. What I damn hate the most is wasting my time on nonsense things. Everyone’s attention is on me every time I walk, but I never wasted my time paying them attention. However, I stopped walking when I saw a familiar face going out to the taxi. I've only seen her once, but I know who she is. I smirked. This is really insane. I can’t believe that this is happening to me right now. I just watched her from afar. Who exactly is she? I arched a brow as a sly smile formed on my lips when our eyes met. I know she recognized me too, with her round, small eyes that suddenly widened a bit. She started to walk, but I never got my eyes off of her, even after our distance became smaller. She was about to pass me by when I grabbed her arm. That made her look flustered. “I still haven’t forgotten the taste of the food you cooked,” I stated in a deep baritone tone as I smirked. "You know me, and I f*****g know you well too." My brows slightly arched when I saw how her innocent face became anxious. A commoner like her is afraid to lose her job. That is always the face of those people who are miserable in life. “What if I report it to Yu?” Now her eyes have become even wider. “Does he know that the manager that managing his business is not competent and only a plain stupid b*tch leeching off his money?” I smirked when I saw how her eyes changed. My smile didn’t fade off when she got off my hand off of her. "Excuse me? Are you threatening me? " Her brows furrowed. Her face changed. She looks annoyed right now. "If you have a problem with me, just state it clearly. You don’t need to blackmail me,” she added in an annoyed tone. "And one more thing, you don’t have the right to judge the way I work because I earned my position with my skills and not because I do have a rich family that will get my back," she stated in gritted teeth. That amused me! How dare she? No one dared to stare at me the way she stared at me right now. Her small brown eyes look so fascinating because of the sudden sparks in them. I know she is only calming herself right now, because I can still feel her tension by simply staring at her eyes. This is so insane! I know the fact that she’s not her, but I can’t damn stop thinking of things that I don’t even know how they formed in my mind. I wasn’t able to stop myself to sneered in disbelief. She is really something. She makes me curious. "Feisty woman." She rolled her eyes that made me chuckle a bit. I lean on her ears that somehow made her flustered. "Do you want to spend a night with me in bed? I can make your eyes rolls if you want," I whispered seductively but I couldn't stop myself to laugh when she push me away from her. "Perverted ass*ole!" In a furious tone, she said. There's really something in her that I couldn't understand. I want her. “Mr. Herosa, let’s go!” I was back in my senses when my secretary suddenly showed up, but I didn’t bother myself to pay him attention. My eyes are fixed on the woman in front of me who seems to be asking for her doom. However, I won’t deal with her for now because I swear when we meet again she will regret staring straight into my eyes. Without any words, I started to walk away, leaving them. A second after my secretary followed me, “Is she the woman you asked me to investigate, Mr. Herosa?” he suddenly asked after he opened the car door for me. “She looks...” “Cut your bulls*ts,” I hissed, cutting him off. I get inside the car. I rested my head on the headrest as I closed my eyes. "Drive straight to Yu," I said coldly, not even opening my eyes. "Yes, Mr. Herosa.” This is maybe the reason why Yu asked me to go to his restaurant. That damn ass*ole really knows how to get into my nerves. D*mn it! Even though I tried to deny it, a part of me still believes... it's her. ---
