Chapter 6

EVANS POV

It's finally Monday that means I have to go to school. Yup my dad was able to get me admitted in school in just a short period of time. That's another advantage of being an alpha, you have absolute power to control anything.

I went to take my bath before dressing up. I wore just a plain white shirt and black trousers nothing too big but damn I was still looking so hot as f**k. I looked like a walking model. I couldn't stop admiring myself when I looked at the mirror.

“Excuse me but yes we all know your a hot piece of ass but that doesn't mean you should waste all day just looking at the mirror when you know we will be late for school.” I heard Nate say.

I turned to see him and Smith standing at my door already ready for school.

“Chill you guys, even if we go late to school, nothing will happen. Have you forgotten who I am. Take a chill pill. I need to access myself well. You know first day's matters alot. I need to look my best.” I said as I turned to look back at the mirror.

“You look good already. Infact you look like you are going to impress your mate or something.” Smith said as they all laughed.

But I didn't laugh with them because I didn't find it funny. Why do they have to mention the word ‘mate’? Just hearing that word spoiled my mood. Just because of the word mate I lost my wolf. Thinking about Axel made me get so angry.

“When you guys are done laughing, meet me outside or maybe in school already because I'm not going to wait for you both.” I said as I carried my bag and walked pass them.

“Hey dude wait up. What's wrong? What crawled in your ass and died there? I mean we were only joking. Alright fine we won't talk about mates with you since you are yet to find yours and the topic is a touchy one for you.” Smith said as they followed me behind.

I let out a sigh. I shouldn't be mad at them because they don't know I already have a mate who is like a curse to me.

“Its fine guys. Don't mind me.” I said.

We were about to reach the front door when my mother's shout stopped me from moving.

I quickly rushed to where she was thinking she was in any danger only for me to see her standing healthy and strong in the dinning room. I heard Smith and Nate behind me as they also followed me behind running.

“Mum why did you scream like that?” I asked her.

“Well I wanted to get your attention. Sit down and have some breakfast. I won't allow you step out of this house with an empty stomach.”

“But mum we will be late.” I whine.

“Take a chill pill dude have you forgotten who you are already.” Smith said with a smirk on his face as he threw my words back at my face.

“Thank you Luna we will eat well before going to school.” Nate said calmly like he was someone with a good character.

I rolled my eyes before going to my seat. We ate the meal fast and we finished the meal in no time.

“Thanks mum I enjoyed the food.” I said before leaving a kiss on her cheek.

“Thank you Luna.” Smith and Nate both said.

“No problem boys you should all have a wonderful day.” she replied.

Now time to go to school. We entered Smith Mini Cooper as he drove us to school. They moment we entered, we were surrounded with students who wanted to see me. I smiled inwardly because of the attention I was getting. I actually liked it.

I walked to the assembly room that was big enough to contain every one.

“Hello everyone. I know you all know me but still I will introduce myself once again. I am Evans Bryan your soon to be alpha. I hope we all get along just fine here.” I said and received a round of applause.

One after the other, they all walked to greet me. I became like the star of the day.

I began to walk to my class with people still following me behind not like I mind.

I passed a class and took a glance inside when I saw something or someone rather that made me look back again for the second time.I felt so much anger inside of me.

This person was in the class alone. It felt like an insult to me. This was disrespectful. This person has to be punished for not following me. I walked to the person and pull his or her hoodie making the person to stand up. Surprisingly the person was so light that it wasn't hard to make him or her stand up.

My blood boiled when I saw who it was. She sure is a nut case. She has no respect for me at all. And for the fact that she's just nothing but an Omega pissed me off the most. How dare she?

“Good morning” she greeted me also bowing down. Was she mocking me because I feel she is.

“Omega I'm going to just ask you once. What the hell are you doing here or have you lost your respect again?” I asked her.

She was quiet for a while looking at me with confusion on her face. Like I was going to fall for her pretense.

“Sorry but I actually showed you respect when greeting you.” she said.

“Who is talking about your f*****g respect? When everyone came to welcome me in respect you decided to sit here doing nothing. That's an act of disrespect and for that you are going to be punished.” I said to her.

I wasn't going to take her s**t any longer. Now I will have my revenge on her for coming in between me and my wolf and for allowing herself get chosen to be my mate.

“Excuse me with all due respect, I actually had no idea you will be coming today and I also didn't know that there will be a grand welcome for you. So I wasn't disrespectful in any way.”

I heard her say to me.

Wow she sure has some guts. I heard people who were still behind me murmur. There is no way I will allow myself be insulted by her in front of this people. I must teach her a lesson never to mess with me.

“And you expect me to believe that bullshit. You must be stupid for that.” I said.

The next thing that happened took me off guard. She f*****g growled at me. She freaking growled at me. Who gave her the right to disrespect me like that? I will surely deal with her.

“Did you just growl at me?” I asked her. I was already angry and no one can calm me down right now. I was just insulted by a nobody. An omega just insulted me. Me Evans Bryan.

And the crazy girl refused to say a word. She didn't even answer my question or even apologize to me. She is supposed to get on her kneels and beg for my forgiveness yet she's standing there just looking at me.

“I asked you a question, did you just growl at me?” I asked walking to her.

I thought she will shake because of how close I stood in front of her but she was stubborn as hell. She didn't shake or even feel intimidated by my presence.

That made me see red. I grabbed her neck with my hands choking her. I could feel a little sparks because I was touching her but I ignored it. She tried to fight me off but unfortunately for her, I was stronger and also angry so there was no way I was letting her go.

I noticed her eyes turned to look for help but no one came to stop me because they all value their lifes which is a good thing for them.

It was when I saw that she was almost going to faint that I let her go. She knelt on the floor before me as she coughed with tears on her face. I didn't give her any more time to relax.

“Now stand up and go and clean the whole school. That's your punishment for being disrespectful. And the next time something like this happens, I will do worst. Now leave.” I ordered.

She stood up with her weak legs and carried her bag before leaving the classroom.

I followed her to see if she was really going to do what I ordered her to do or she was going to just play around.

Surprisingly she didn't run. She got a broom and started sweeping.

I walked to my class to receive my classes.

When it was time for lunch, I went to the hall with Smith and Nate by my side. When we entered, all eyes were on us. I found a good spot to sit down. I gave my order and few seconds after, my food was delivered.

As I was eating,I remembered the Omega. I called a student then sent him to go and check up on her to see if she's still there or not. He left and came back after some few minutes to tell me that she was still sweeping the compound.

‘Hmmm so she doesn't give up.’ I thought.

I finished eating my food before the bell rang. I went back to my class for my remaining classes.

After the bell rang to go home, I went to find her myself but I didn't see her around but the place was looking clean and well swept.

I went to her class to look for her only to be told that she stayed for a few classes before leaving immediately the bell rang.

Although I hated her guts, I still couldn't help but admire the fact that she cleaned alone and was still able to finsh on time to attend the remaining classes. I was thinking she will spend the whole day on it.

I don't know why but that girl is a mystery to me. I knew to know more about her to plan my revenge well. I need to find something that will break her.
