SACRED LOVE : 58 2/2 Breathless, Zal felt his legs wobble as he continued to climb down the hill. His eyes were hesitant when they fell on her. Trailing his gaze off when her eyes met his, he couldn't hide his smile as he heard her heavy breaths while stepping down the hill behind him. Hand in hand, his cheeks flushing every second her cold fingertips grazed over his skin. Biting his lip, he couldn't help but glance at her once again only to make sure she was not pressuring her injured wrist which is of the hand he held. His fingers held her fingers making her glance down at her hand then him. Even under the dark sky, his eyes glowing like pearls. Gulping, she looked away as her chest heaved up only to drop down making his gaze fall over her skin. Sweat dripping down her skin, she looked hotter than cuter she had been a while ago. God, I take that back, she's so Fxcking cute. Knees weakening, he instantly forced his gaze off her face making her eyes go wide. Looking away as well, she continued to walk behind him and he gently pulled her. "W..where a-are w-we?" She gulped down the dry lump as she felt her mouth dry as hell. Desperate for any drop of water she could find, she clung onto his arm without any hesitation. His eyes blinked wide. As he felt his heart skip a beat, he didn't know what came over him and his hand balled into a fist due to sudden skinship. Her chest right against his elbow made his cheeks turn bright red and his eyes hooded while he bit his lip. Oh my fxcking god, what do I do? I have no idea mf! Clutching his eyes close, he opened them to look in front. Brushing his dirty side off his mind, he blinked at the blurry vision of the lights. Brighter than the sun and the cold wind soon decreased but then increased making his hair fly back his forehead. "F-fxck, i think we are here-" "Z-z-zal.." His thin eye gaze met her face and he tried to get the vision clear but her eyes were glued to what is in front and he knew that something was fxcked up the moment her grip on his arm tightened. Her feet took a step closer to zal's and her hands clutched his hand that he held hers with. Eyes adjusting to the bright light, he kept his hand in front when a gust of dusty wind was blown towards them. Her face hid against his back and zal could hear his heart stop beating right away. Looking at his own car, Zal frowned. The front lights including the engine were on and Zal felt his expression turn more of a stern one. His eyes fumed at the sight of the women laying right on top of his car. The beer bottle was opened with a loud pop and it splashed down the man's hand who were cheering the ladies to dance. Cia blinked, once again and her eyes glanced at zal. The men poured the beer right on the woman making Zal glare. But it didn't stop there. One of the four men who was sipping on his beer turned to their presence and his gaze didn't miss the short figure of Cia which looked feminine and her innocent avoidance made it more exciting for the man to take a peek at her. "Hey!" He yelled as the men turned their attention to him then at Zal and cia. The guy smirked as he eyed Zal. "Nice girl, huh!" Zal's eyes turned dark. "Why don't you join? You have a nice…item to share." The guys behind laughed in an instant and the guy bit his lip eyeing the glimpse of Cia whose nails dug into the shirt of Zal. Hand balling into a fist, His hand which held Cia's grip tighter. Cia's glance towards him was slower than ever and her eyes blinked at his face which was filled with an anger she never saw. Or, maybe she did. Her eyes blinked as Zal's eyes turned to her. "Let's go." His words made her eyes go wide with hesitance. Stunned and terrified, she didn't move from the place. "Z..zal-" "C'mon cia, that's our car. We need to go home, don't we?" His sudden hoarse voice against her ear sent vibrations down her body. His hand that held hers tugged hers closer and he turned away from her. Dragging her forward, he felt her dear within every clutch she tightened on his shirt. "Z..zal, p-please n-no-" His dark eyes glanced and her words froze in between. The moment she realised how intimidating and dangerous he looked, she didn't even take a gulp Because the organs in her body gave up. She felt herself being dragged near the men making her body quiver with fear when he walked past them, his collar was grabbed. Cia's arm was gripped by a girl making her eyes go wide. "Z-z-zal-" Zal's hand raised. I guess, not with an empty hand. The bottle broke into a million pieces the second it met with the guy's head. Fixing his shirt's collar by shaking his shoulder, he immediately took another from behind his back. His eyes glared at the guy who approached him. The girl tried to drag her away when Cia hesitantly raised her hand. The girl was taken aback and flinched with her hands letting her waist go and Cia looked around. Gulping, she hesitantly pushed her on the ground. Looking around, her eyes widened. Three men laid on the ground with blood all over. Their heads were dripping with blood and Cia's gaze fell right on Zal. Who punched the guy in the face. The guy did not give up. He grinned at Cia and something fumed in Zal more than enough to take the knife from his back pocket. Cia's eyes widened and the guy still stared aside–with lust in his eyes. Zal's eyes glared at the guy he was seconds away from stabbing. His grip on his throat tightened making it harder for him to breath. The seconds turned into milliseconds and when the knife's edge dug into his skin, he was pushed off from Zal's aim. Cia breathed heavily as she pulled the guy off Zal's grip. "Z-zal-" But, the regret took place in her faster than ever. Her feet were gripped and she was pulled right down by the guy. Hovering over her, he gripped her hands above making her eyes go wide. His hands trailed down her arms making her face turn away with fear within his inching closer His grin and the sinner laugh made tears form in her eyes but instead of anything, a groan on her face immediately startled her. The grip on her arms soon was pushed off and she was picked up. A gasp, her eyes met his face. His glare didn't leave the man as he gripped her waist tighter. But when she glanced back at the guy, her eyes were wide. It wasn't a knife but a beer bottle Sighing in relief, she looked back at Zal only to be startled by his gaze over her face. His breath against her forehead and his gaze that dug into her soul made her heart sink deep into somewhere breathless and her breath was lost the moment his eyes went down her lips then her face. Adjusting her in his arms with a slight pull, he looked at her flinching self and walked away from there. Her eyes glanced back at the man who laid there unconscious. An Unknown gulp, she looked back at the side view of Zal's face. His grey eyes still held the intimidating dominance she was being drawn to without even knowing. Clutching his shirt where his chest was, she gently laid her head on his heart which was beating faster than hers. A smile, her fingers tips traced his chest through his shirt. But his attention was right on the road instead of a kind of tease she was being in his arms.
