SACRED LOVE : 58 1/2
The moon glistened between the gray clouds which were already occupying the darkening sky. As foggy as it could get, The mountains were slowly covered in heavy clouds which made it harder for them to hold onto their hands. Feet on the edge, she desperately tried to reach the flowers on the other side of the mountain’s—disastered—hole. A grunt, Zal bit his lip as he watched the dress of her slowly sway down her feet. Sticking to her skin as the strong blow of wind already made it hard for Zal to open his eyes for a second. “Got it?” His question wasn’t answered but when her finger tips almost took a grasp of the flowers, her eyes averted to her long hair which was soon untied and the ribbon fell right into the hole under her. But as it fell right down her waist, Her hand which was trying to reach the flowers immediately grasped the ribbon making Zal pull her back from the edge. Her eyes widened but she immediately led her hand to the flowers. As she took a grasp of it, Her eyes sparkled with sudden shock and soon, Zal’s eyes widened as her wrist slowly slid through the Thorns of the plants. No words left his mouth when her head bumped against his chest. Eyes wide, his arm wrapped around her waist and soon, they flipped and fell down on the ground with a loud thud that left the dust particles fade into thin air. Eyes still wide, he sat up with her on his lap. He didn’t realize the sudden skinship between their bodies but he was more than terrified to see her wrist with blood. Looking down at his clothes, he realized that she was bleeding as hell. “C-Cia!-” his exclamation was cutted off. Not by her stuttery voice he adores but by her Smile that was brighter than the sunset he loves. And her tears that expressed the pain and the joy at the same time. He was stunned to see her sobbing along with her hand raising the bunch of flowers she held in her hand. The wind brushed away the strands from her pale face and his hand still held her waist–in a way he could make sure she was safe. In his arms.
“I-i D-d-d-dit i-it!”
Oh…
How beautiful can you be?
How…crazy can I get over you?
A laugh, Zal’s head bumped against her making her continue to laugh and cry at the same time. “Oh cia..” he said as he glanced at her wrist that had the blood dripping down its edge. Cia blinked as she sniffed. Looking down at her injuries, she took the ribbon into a grip. She hesitantly raised it. Zal gazed at it and then into her eyes. Her beautiful eyes never failed to drown him deep into itselfs. The way her long hair ruffled, she looked so ethereal and zal was scared for a moment that she might fade into the strong wind that blew past them. As he felt the ribbon in his hand, he woke up from his thoughts and soon, he realized that they have something to tie her wrist so the blood will stop dripping out. “Alright, Let's get you to… sit somewhere-” His eyes went up and down on her and his words trailed off when he found her on his lap. As his eyes blinked, he X-rayed their bodies and the way her soft legs folded on either side of his thighs made his heart skip a beat. His nerves churned in excitement when he caught her drowned in her admiration towards the flowers in her hand. Smiling as he softened in an instant, he gently took the hand which held the flowers and slowly wrapped the ribbon around her wrist. “A-Ah..” She winced and whimpered as he glanced up. His lips let out a loud sigh making her shyly bite her lip to prevent the pain from making her let out any noise. “Palm, Arm, now.. Wrist.” She let out a small laugh before her eyes widened. Closing her mouth with her hand, she noticed his glare before gulping. As he tied the ribbon like a bow tie, her eyes blinked. “E…eh?” she hesitantly looked at her wrist as he smiled at her wrist. “Is it good?” He proudly asked, making her gape at it with sparkling eyes. He gulped as he didn’t get a response. She just continued to gape at it, making it harder for Zal to take a breath. “I…Is it bad?” He nervously asked her but she wasn’t smiling anymore. Her eyes blinked as the vision glitched. The ribbon that was bow tied on her wrist glitched to something strange. The pale hand of hers was soon the fresh and glowing one. The red Ribbon she tied to her wrist so loose made her blink.
Familiar.. It’s so familiar..
She thought as she slowly looked up. Her eyes looked nowhere while thoughts occupied her mind. “Cia? Cia! Cia-” He shook her shoulders hesitantly as she woke up from her thoughts. “Are you okay? Do you feel dizzy-” An unknown panic rises in Zal as Cia blinked at him before her eyes widened. “N-No, I-i-im o-okay, I-i act-tually l-lik..” Her eyes met his and her cheeks turned pink as he held her hands in his, still waiting for her to finish. Softening, she looked away as he blinked, with as much patience as possible. “I..i li-like i-it.” She tried to finish it quicker but it took time making him smile. He could notice her shy hesitance within every word she spoke. “Great.” he said before She was picked up in his arms. A gasp, she still the flowers tight in her fist. Standing up, he took a deep breath. He eyed the face of the most beautiful girl he ever saw in his life before he let her stand on her feet. The way the strong wind blew past his figure which led the shirt he wore to sway apart from his exposed chest made her fingertips get in touch with his bare skin. His bare chest where his heart thumped faster than ever. Her eyes glanced up into his as her hair strands blew past his face. Lips inches apart, Zal closed his eyes as his lips parted feeling her cold fingertips tracing his skin ever so hesitantly.
“I’m glad.”
