Micheal POV
“Yes, dear. This is Micheal Stark, your stepfather,” my wife added, and my heart raced with a mix of fear and excitement.
Even after Lillian left this morning, I couldn't get her off my mind and I kept thinking about her.
Seeing her now made me very excited, but the fact that she was my stepdaughter made me realize that I had just slept with a college student, and that scared me a lot.
“Aren't you going to say hello Lillian? Where are your manners?” Sunshine scolded Lillian and that jolted her back to reality.
“Good evening…. I mean good day,” she stammered, and I sensed she was as astonished as I was. I never expected to see those brown eyes again and even if I looked forward to seeing them, never in my wildest dream did I think I was going to see those eyes in this awkward situation.
“Lillian Theodore is your daughter?” Derick asked, staring at Sunshine with his eyes widened and I realized something was off
“Yes, she is. You two know each other?” My wife asked, looking at Lillian and Derick interchangeably
“She is my ex-girlfriend,” Derick uttered, and I shifted my gaze to him instantly, staring at him in shock.
“What!” I exclaimed, staring at Derick in disbelief. My son was the man who cheated on Lillian with her best friend. How could he do such a thing to an innocent girl?
I thought I had trained him better, but I just realized that I hadn't even started my job as his parent.
“Ex-girlfriend?” Sunshine uttered, her voice laced with shock. “You didn't tell me you had a boyfriend,” she said, staring at Lillian, whose gaze was fixed on me.
She blinked her eyes several times, and then a frown suddenly appeared on her face. “That's because you were always too busy to know what's happening in my life,” she uttered sharply and walked out on the three of us.
I looked at my son in disappointment. I can't believe he was the one that hurt Lillian, my Lillian. “Lillian get back here and talk to me. Don't you dare walk out on me,” Sunshine yelled, walking behind Lillian and leaving Derick behind.
“So your stepsister is your ex-girlfriend? That's good to know son. I sent you to college, and all you do is date girls, huh?” I said, and he just sighed in exhaustion and glanced at me.
“It's part of having fun, Dad. I'm a man and a man always has needs. One of the ways to quench those needs is having a hot-looking lady by your side just as you have sunshine by your side”
‘it's mom to you,” I corrected,d, and he sighed again.
“Can we please go inside, Dad?” he said grumpily, and I walked past him walking to the house.
“You can't just do that. You need to show respect. I won't have you disrespect my husband and your brother” I could hear the voice of sunshine as I approached the living room.
“You mean my ex-boyfriend. You want me to respect the bastard who cheated on me with Cassandra?” Lillian uttered, her voice sharp as her hand trembled by her side.
These two were just moving in today as they were already at each other's necks. What would happen in weeks from now?
“Baby I think that’s enough. Lillian is just moving in today, and she must have been stressed on her way here, so I think you should calm down,” I said to my wife, whose face was already red with anger.
“And you too,” I said, shifting my gaze to Lillian, whose expression changed to a soft one as soon as our eyes met. We were with Derick and Sunshine, and I didn't want them suspecting anything between me and Lillian.
“Where is my room?” Lillian asked, averting her gaze
“It's directly opposite mine” Derick replied and Lillian instantly shot him a glare
“ I would rather die than stay in a room close to yours” Lillian uttered furiously.
“Lillian,” Sunshine uttered, shocked by Lillian's response to Derick.
“Let me show you to another room” I suggested, walking to where Lillian stood
“No, she should stay where we previously decided that she was going to stay,” Sunshine ordered, and I walked back to her, sighing in exhaustion.
“Look, baby, come here,” I said, holding her by her hand and taking her to sit beside me on one of the sofas in the living room “Lillian is an adult, and if she says she doesn't want to be in a room closet to Derick's room then that's not a big issue”
“She has just been so difficult,” my wife said, clearly tired of Lillian's attitude
I understood Lillian perfectly well and I know the reason she didn't want to be anywhere near Derick.
He hurt her so much, and seeing him now could even make her stay, remembering memories she wanted to forget.
“Why don't you wait here and let me talk to her? I could get to know her better from any little conversation I have with her,” I suggested,d, and my wife agreed.
“All right,” she agreed, and I walked toward Lilia,n, who was already taking the stairs.
As soon as I got to the end of the hallway, I opened a door and pushed her inside. “What are you doing?” She asked, her voice trembling as she took steps backward while I took slow steps toward her
“You can't deny the attraction we feel for each other,” I said and she averted her gaze instantly
“I don't know what you're talking about” she uttered, fixing her gaze on the floor
“I've missed you. I still can't get your moans, your gasps, your pleas out of my head, and imagining you naked just drives me crazy” I said, pouring out my thoughts to her
“We can't do this Dad” she tried speaking but I interrupted her
“It's Micheal to you” I whispered in her ears, slowly wrapping my hands around her waist
“What if someone sees us” she said, her voice breathless as I closed the gap between our lips
“They're both downstairs. No one will come in anytime soon” I said then took her lips in mine as I ravaged her plump lips fiercely
“Baby, have you found a room yet?” my wife's voice sounded behind me “what going on here?” She asked, her gaze fixed on me
