Ava’s Meets Her Mate

SOFIA’S POV

We took the elevator to the basement floor, as we exit the marble walls of the elevator, I press a button that lights up the very dark garage. I walk over to the box of keys and I press my fingerprint against the machine and it opens up the keys to my cars, I grab the Audi R8 keys and head for my baby I got last year, yes I got 2 new cars this year but my baby is my favourite and I use her for races and special occasions like Ava’s birthday today. I smile at Ava as I unlock the door and she shotguns to connect to my car because she wants to listen to her music on her birthday, I sigh as I sarcastically throw my hands in the air to surrender. We get in and I speed out of there towards the pack borders. I mind link the guards at the gate to open for me and just as it’s fully open ,I speed through. I’m kind of into street racing but I don’t tell anyone, not even Ava because she’ll freak because of her over protectiveness and because we actually have a curfew for pack safety at 2 AM. I always tell the guards I’m leaving for pack business so they don’t ask questions since I am the Alpha’s daughter. I made a few extra grand by racing and Elijah knows because he does it too, that’s how he and I became close. On our hour and a half trip to town, Ava has played club to country to sad music and then RAP? When did she start listening to rap? She probably saw the confusion on my face and said “About a week ago “ I laugh at how good she can read me . “Alright, what do you want to do first? Grab lunch or shop? “ “Well shopping makes me hungry so…“ “Okay ,so shopping it is.“ I smirk as I grab her purse and put it under my seat. She looks at me dumbfounded “I’m paying for you today.” Is all I say and she smiles “If you insist” she shrugs as she smirks, not even bothering to put up a fight. I drive into the parking lot and see an open space near the entrance “SHOT GUN” I yell as I drive closer and just as I am about to drive into the parking space, a speeding RS e-Tron GT Audi enters the parking . HELL NO . I reverse and quickly enter the nearest parking. I turn the car off, throwing my keys at Ava “Lock up“ I tell her, I grab my purse and get out speeding towards the f**kward who stole my parking. Just as I arrive at his car, his door opens and he gets out. Holy moly that’s one tall man, I think he might be 6,8? And those shoulders, damn mama cita. Wait what? Stop thinking like this Sofia I mentally scold myself. I clear my throat and he looks down at my 5,5 small frame. “Can I help you?” the audacity he has to speak to me in that tone, wait is he checking me out? I can snap his neck if I want but I can smell he’s a werewolf. ‘A pretty cute one’ my wolf Natalie says in my head. I roll my eyes. I glare at him “Yes you can, you could please stop steeling parking spaces, especially from women who actually has a lot of shopping going on“ I snap at him, he just stares at me ,taking in my form till his friend walks around the car to us and excuses his manners for him while trying to ask if he should move. I bluntly tell him no and it was advice for the future. His friend nods and suddenly snaps his head up, looking past me at… I turn around and I see him looking at Ava “ Mate “ they both say and he brushes past me and they run into each others arms. I turn to look at Mr. Handsome and ask what his friends name is and he told me its Cole Williams and his name is Archer Black. Oh my word. Alpha Archer Black.’ I didn’t know our neighbouring pack’s Alpha is this hot’ Natalie purrs. I stood still and stared at his beautiful honey brown eyes the sun was hitting just right. ‘Damn I’d swim in those honey pools’ Natalie said and that snapped me right out of it. “Do you know who I am?” he continued when I didn’t answer. “Because the way you’ve been staring looks like you do”, he lifts an eyebrow, “Well you’re one of our neighbouring packs on the other side of the mountain, The Red Lake pack right? “ he looks at me weirdly and then just nods.” Well since Cole is Ava’s mate, I am hosting a little party for her birthday today. Tonight at our pack, you could come if you like” “It’s her birthday today?” he asks as if I didn’t just say that, what is he? Stupid? Natalie growls at me for that thought and I close our link because I’m taken back with her actions today. I just nod at him. Ava and Cole walk over to us and she introduces Cole to me and I introduce her to Archer and I tell her I invited them for tonight’s party. She suddenly looks at Cole with pleading eyes and he looks at his Alpha and Archer just lifts his brows. Cole turns back to Ava smiles at her and she smiles at me. I quickly mind link one of the omegas to let the guards at the gate know that Alpha Archer and his friend Cole from The Red Lake pack will be joining Ava’s party tonight. “Ava, since it’s your birthday, what do you want to do because you look like you don’t want to leave Cole’s side and she blushes. “Oh my, happy birthday beautiful” Cole hugs Ava and kisses her forehead “Well what did you ladies plan on doing in the mall?” Archer asks and I smile at Ava “Well we just wanted to do a bit of shopping and get some lunch, why? Would you like to join?” I ask them with a grin on my face.

ARCHER’S POV

Damn she asked if we’d like to join, I mean it wouldn’t hurt getting to know her before tonight’s little party for her friend Ava. I smile and say “Sure” and they squeal. The two girls connect arms and they lead the way. As Cole and I walk behind them I realise I never asked her name. How rude of me. I mentally face palm myself but I just kind of forgot because of how good she looked in those jeans and I thought about all the things her plumb lips that look so soft could do. Why am I even thinking like that? As she walks in front of me, Remus, my wolf growls in lust as I look at her ass and how that skinny jeans hit her perfect shaped curves just right. I look at Cole and see him love struck and I pat him on the back and laugh. “Why are you laughing at me?” I mind link him “Because you’re so happy and in love and so caught up in the moment, you are forgetting you now have a problem at home” I smirk at him as his face falls in realization that he has a girlfriend at home.
