Gina could feel her lungs on fire as she kept running towards the exist not knowing she was running towards her death. She came here to find answers but instead her life was becoming more confusing. She knew who killed her mate but now she also knew she was the reason if Cian's death. She reached to the door that was giant. She wanted to pass through it but then she paused. Her one foot was in air ready to cross the door but she could not gather courage to leave. She moved her foot back and stared at the other side of the door. Few miles away, there was her pack, White Moon pack. It was always there even after hundred of years. It was just a small pack but it was said that White Moon pack had blessings from Moon goddess and this was stage reason only they could stay this close to the temple. And this was the reason they were not attacked by others in past hundreds of years. "Max, Gina. Always remember one thing. We are leaders and leaders help their people. We are not rulers, we are helpers. We are here to lead. Moon goddess bestowed us with many gifts and we should never misuse them. Do you understand?" A voice echoed in her head and she shook her head while her eyes filled with tears. "I am not a coward. I am not leaving until I get my wolf back. I am a silver wolf and I am not scared of anything...." "You are right." A voice appeared from behind startling her. Gina turned thinking it must be Genesis but seeing an unknown man she blinked slowly. There was standing a tall man wearing a black pants and a black shirt. His features were sharp and his aura was strong. He smiled at her putting his hands in his pockets. "You will be dead as soon as you placed a foot outside that door." He gestured towards the door with his eyes and Gina followed his eyes. She could not understand what he was saying but it seems like that man read her mind. "The choker placed around your neck is magical bounding you with this temple. That scum bastard ....." He clicked his tongue and Gina touched the choker around her neck realizing what happened with her. It was all a trap to get rid of her. Suddenly she chuckled but her voice sounded empty. The man watched her interestingly who suddenly wasn't the miserable wolf he saw. "I can't believe this. He ....He...." She paused as her voice trembled with anger. "He is nothing. Just a useless loser." He walked towards Gina whose eyes were wet but she wiped the corners of her eyes with the back of her hand. "Who are you?" She was not ready to trust this man either who raised his hand and put his index finger on the choker that suddenly vanished in the air. "You know me." He had a mysterious smile on his face. "Let me make it easy for you. I am the deity of war." Gina gasped as her eyes went wide. The deity of war, the elder son of Moon goddess, the punisher, the savior. He had many names and many stories. She blinked slowly. The man chuckled softly. "So, you know who I am." "Ye....yes, I know.....I....you.... You are different than I imagined." She glanced at the handsome man who was tall and looked not like what she heard. He looked like those models on the cover of a magazine. "I don't have much time to spare so I will be quick. I have send a message to mother and she will be here soon." "But I..." "Don't cut me..." He gave a warning glare to Una who became quite. "Why your wolf isn't here?" He realized something and Gina bit her lip. She slowly started telling why she was here and what happened with her mate omitting the truth that Genesis killed her mate. The man rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Hm, I got it. But you need to move on and wake your wolf. I can't understand why you had a mate. Silver wolves are not supposed to have mates. I will look in this matter. Until then, stay here and wake your wolf. I don't have much time to spare on you. We should start working on the ........." He paused as realized he should not tell Gina his next plan. Gina noticed his hesitation knowing he was hiding something from him. Omas squinted his eyes deep in thoughts. "Go back to the temple." "But....he tried to kill me." Gina did not want to offend a god who already planned to kill her. "Don't be scared. He is nothing. He is not more important than you. Just a tumor that needed to be removed. Tell him you are under my protection from now on." Gina pressed her lips together as she could this man hated Genesis. "We can't kill immortals or the punishment is very severe. He won't do anything." Gina blinked as suddenly she realized why Genesis wanted to get rid of her. He killed her mate and now wanted to get rid of her so his secret stays secret. He had no respect in this world and was scared to make his mother angry. "Do two things. First, stay alive. Second, find me a ring. It has a blue Gem inside." As soon as the words came out of deity of war's mouth, Gina tried hard to hide her shocked expressions. "Once I got the ring I will cut the wings of that dragon with my own hands." Gina could see the hatred in his tone. She did not care about Genesis at all and it seems like there was another person who had something common as her. "I will get that." Now she was curious about this ring too. What was so special in this ring that she was dragged in this matter. There was something bigger than just Cian's death. .........
