New Adventure
"With Kat in school and Jacob working so many hours, I am so bored."
I was telling Miss Mary during our morning coffee.
"There is only so much house cleaning you can do. Jacob finished the closets this week and finished up in Kats' playroom. "
Miss Mary smiled and asked me why I didn't get a job. Something to help pass the time. I guess because I always considered myself as a housewife was the only reason I could think of.
" Miss Mary, that's a great idea. Now, just where to look?."
I told Miss Mary that I hadn't worked since I married Jacob. I was just about to ask her if she knew of any places when she spoke up and said.
"What about the Bakery? They are looking for part time worker. I will put a good word in for you. "
I thanked Miss Mary as she left for work
