Chapter 5: What Happen?

The neighbors all looked at us right now and they were talking among each other. I could tell that they were probably talking about me and what I did until a police officer approached me. 

The problem is, I have no idea what I have done but since he’s a police officer, I guess I should follow what he tells me to do. As I don’t want to cause any more problems or commotion here. 

“If you’re not going to-” 

I interrupted the police officer’s sentence immediately as I saw that he’s trying to reach his cuff. I don’t want him to do that as for sure the neighbors would label me as a bad guy doing some bad stuff, so that’s why I was being cuffed. 

“Sorry, I’m just a little bit confused here but sure I will follow you back to the station,” I said. 

“That’s good that you’re willing to cooperate, if not I would have to use some drastic measure to make you listen.” The police officer said that as he then told me to get in his police car. 

I feel like I’m being arrested right now but I hope this was just a mistake they had made since I have done nothing at all. So I’m sure that I would be released right after this has all been cleared up. 

With that, I get in the police car as the police officer then drive away from this area...

. 

Along the way, I decided to ask the police officer what all of this was about but he didn't say anything. He simply focuses on driving the car. 

What have I done? It makes me question my actions as I feel like after I press that app in the abandoned church. I feel like I have lost my consciousness and it must be at that time, I have done something terrible on my way home. 

But how do I explain it later? Surely they wouldn’t believe me about these celestial games and all of the things that related to them. As for some certainty, this event is a secret and only a handful of people know of it, so I doubt the police would trust me on this. 

As I was thinking about the stuff that’s happening now, suddenly the police officer said something… 

“Do you wish to know what you have done?” He said. 

It surprised me for a moment as I didn’t expect him to talk to me. I thought he’s going to remain silent for the entire time. But since the police officer said that, I guess I should hear it. 

“Really? I do wish to know… because I’m quite confused about why I need to go to the police station.” I said. 

“It’s because you have angered someone you shouldn’t have… that’s why I brought you with me.” The police officer said that towards me as I noticed that there’s a grin on his face when I look at the rear mirror. 

Seeing that grin and those strange phrases make me feel like something doesn’t feel right here. 

That's when I began to notice that this police officer is not using the roads that the public usually takes, as it's an old road that leads to the abandoned factory. 

Realizing that there’s something weird, I quickly ask the police officer where we are going but instead he just simply laughs… 

“You’re way too naive aren’t you… You shouldn’t trust people that easily if you are one of the participants.” He said. 

Hearing those words, I finally realized that I had fallen into one of the participants' traps… I let my guard down thinking that someone that works an honest job like a police officer wouldn’t be entering this Celestial Games. 

I hate to admit it but he’s right, I’m a naive guy and that’s why I was in this situation right now. 

Even if I could get out of the car, I doubt I would jump out like that while it’s still moving. I could just knock him out if I want but doing so might be dangerous, meaning that I need to be quick to take over the steering wheel or else we would crash. 

I could threaten him but I don’t think it would work with him… As he should be aware that if I mean on doing that, he knows we would crash. 

But because I’m afraid that I wouldn’t make it on time, I decided not to do that… I know it’s stupid but for sure I would be killed later after he makes the stop. 

Still, there’s one thing that I could do, that’s to remain calm and couldn’t show my fear towards him. 

“Wow, I’m impressed that you’re one of the participants… So I want to ask, ``Are you the one wearing the gray mask?” 

I said that to confirm whether he’s the person that holds a grudge against me or not. Because if not, there’s a chance for me to not get killed by this person. 

“Why do you think I want to find you this fast? It’s because I hold a grudge on you of course!” The officer said that towards me. 

My hope for living shattered the moment I heard that answer. This officer is indeed the guy that I throw my mask on. Am I going to die this quickly in this Celestial Games… It seems like that’s my fate. 

But to think that the person that I angered was a police officer, no wonder he could find me that easily. He probably uses all of its connections to search for me and he finally spots me. 

It’s foolish of me to do that as it now backfires…

After a few minutes more, we finally arrived at the abandoned factory. 

I have accepted the fate of me going to die by this officer’s hand. It’s funny because maybe I should be killed since I have no clear objective in this Celestial Games. I don’t even have my wish that I want it to be granted. 

To think that it’s all because I’m just curious about it, also I want to learn about my brother’s disappearance. But now that I know what has happened to him, I guess that’s fine… 

The officer then takes out his gun and aims it towards me, “Hey! Quit daydreaming, get out now! We will settle it outside as I don’t want blood inside this car.” 

Afraid of being shot, I follow his instructions. The moment we’re both out of the car and were standing in this area. The officer then does something that I didn’t expect, he put his gun back into its holsters. 

Seeing that action, I thought he’s going to let me go but I was wrong once again. 

“Shooting you would be easy but since we’re both in this Celestial Game, let's fight like what they wanted us to do… that’s using this phone.” He said it as he took out the phone that was given to each of us from his pocket. 

Fight using the phone? How? 

I couldn’t figure out how we’re going to do that, do we throw this phone against each other? There’s no way we could fight using this as it’s easily breakable. 

I was about to say something but stopped as soon as I saw the officer’s doing something. His action surprised me as the phone suddenly changed into two blades. 

I closed my eyes and reopened it back, the blades were still on the officer’s hand meaning that it’s real. I can’t believe it, is this what he meant by using the phones. If that is the case here, I guess I would mimic what he had done. 

Quickly I take the phone out and press the materialize button under the zodiac logo just like the officer did and it works… 

The phone that was in my hand suddenly changed into a big sword, a two-handed sword to be precise. What’s surprising was I could lift that big of a sword without needing to use all of my strength. 

Yet I am still confused, how on earth the phone could turn into a big sword. It doesn’t make any sense at all. 

But before I could even think about it, I realized that the officer was lunging his blades towards me and it’s extremely fast that I could even react to it on time. He managed to graze my left arm… 

It started bleeding but all of that doesn’t hurt a lot… 

The officer laughed as he said, “No wonder you’re this brave… you’re the wielder of Taurus. Hmph but this going to be an interesting fight.” 

As soon as he finished saying those words, he tried to lunge at me again but because I was focused this time. I lift my big sword and deflect it blows… 

I don’t know what’s happening but I could survive this, all I needed to do was to hold my ground against him, that’s all.
