Chapter 6: Eunice: A Break Up Party
Eunice waited at the water gardens behind the duke’s castle. She was waiting for Kent. She had been waiting for him for almost one hour. What was wrong? He had sent one of the servants from one of his father’s manor to their manor today to tell Eunice to meet him at the water gardens by noon. Eunice was expectant. She wanted to hear what he had to say. She wanted to hear whatsoever it was that was going to come out his mouth. She waited patiently now, determined to remain here till dusk if he did not come on time.
