Chapter 7: Kent: At The Water Gardens
He did not leave the water gardens. He could not leave. He knew what leaving meant. He knew leaving meant leaving Eunice and moving on. But how could he ever move on? Eunice was the love of his life. He loved her with all his heart and he never made one single decision without her knowing or without thinking of her first. She was his life, his whole. What would become of him now that she was leaving him? What would he do now? where would he start from? Kent did not know. He remained standing by the edge of the water gardens, wishing he could just turn back but he could not. He knew this day was going to come but he did not expect it to come this way. He did not expect his secret battles to come to the open like this.
