An Offer to Refuse (Gracie’s POV)
Red pulled away from the kiss and leaned his forehead against mine.
“Gracie.”
“Stop. Don’t say anything.”
“You just won’t let me speak today, will you?” He asked.
I pulled my head up and thought about what had just happened.
“I need you to let me go please.” I said softly.
“Gracie.”
“I can’t okay. I can’t deal with this anymore. I don’t want to. I’m tired of it all.”
“I don’t understand.” Red said with confusion on his face.
"And you won’t!” I yelled out.
“Explain it to me.”
“I need you to stay away from me.”
“Why?”
