Where Did You Find Her Carlos?

Before leaving, he stared at Addison's portrait for a few seconds.

"What's the matter, I asked, why are you staring at that portrait?",I asked.

"Nothing sir, I saw this lady somewhere", he replied.

After hearing him I stood and froze in my place.

Where do you see her, I asked him.

I don't remember exactly when, 9- 10 months ago, I think", he replied.

"But where and how, tell me everything Carlos please", I added.

"Yes sir, I will tell you everything, but can you please tell me who this girl is?", He asked me.

"She is my wife Carlos, her name is Addison, she fell from the cliff 10 months ago, we were in search of her, but we couldn't find her anywhere, can you please tell where she is, is it the same gi?", I asked him.

"Yes sir it's the same girl, how can I forget her face, because I was the one who saved her", he replied.

I sat in the coach, I didn't know if I was dreaming or Carlos was just saying this because I helped him with the money.

"If this is a joke Carlos, I am not going to forgive you, and you will lose your life, so mind your words, this is a very sensitive issue and I would not like anyone who would joke about it, because you have no idea about how I am feeling now, so think twice before speaking, you can lose your life if you love your life don't lie, if your lying because I helped you, then please don't, because I help people who are in need", I replied.

"No sir I am not joking, nor am I lying, this is the same girl whom I saved, okay let me ask you something, was your wife pregnant when she fell off the cliff?", He asked me.

"Yes!!! Yess!!, Yes Carlos!!, She was pregnant, how did you know that, from the rumours?" I asked him.

"No sir, I don't know anything about the rumors , I only heard about your wife's death, and after her death you ignored your work, and you stayed in your room for 10 months, so I didn't know anything about your wife's death", he replied.

"How did you know that she was pregnant Carlos?"I asked him.

"I will tell you everything sir, you helped me, and it's my duty to help you find your wife, and I will try my best to help you", he replied.

"If you help me find my wife, Carlos, I will reward you, and any help you need in future I will be there for you, please tell me everything In detail, where you found my wife, and what happened next", I replied.

"I was sailing on my boat, I was returning back from the tribal village, did you know about that tribal village sir, you might know about that village?", He asked me.

"Yes I know about that tribal village, it's dangerous to be there, because they kill their imposter brutally, and they hate strangers", I replied.

"Yes sir I help the kids there, I tutor them, because they don't have educational facilities there, so I often visit that village",

"While I was returning back from that village to my house, I heard a sound, it sounded like someone just fell into the water, I went towards the direction from where I heard the sound, I saw that it was a girl who fell from the cliff, I immediately called for help from the tribal people, they helped me get her to the shore, the elderly tribal women attended her in the tent, she told me that your wife was pregnant", he replied.

"How was she?Was the baby okay?", I asked him.

"Yes sir your baby was fine, and your wife too was fine but her condition was delicate", he replied.

"Carlos, why didn't you take her to the hospital, why did you keep her in that tribal village, don't you know that there is no hygiene there", I replied.

"Sir I would have taken your wife to the hospital, but her condition was very sensitive if I took her to hospital she would have lose her life, and she had a life inside Her I couldn't afford to lose two life's because of me so the tribals took care of your wife and baby, don't worry they both are okay", he replied.

"Thank you so much Carlos, you told me about my wife, I knew she was not dead, I knew that she was alive, no one believed me Carlos, no one believed me!!, Not even my best friend, my mom hates my wife,she would be happy if I didn't find her. Carlos listen to me carefully, don't tell anyone about this, let this be a secret between both of us", I replied.

"Don't worry sir, no one will know about this, I will not tell anyone about your wife", he replied.

"Can we go to the tribal village now?I want Addison near me now, I can't wait even for a second to meet Her please take me there", I replied.

"Sir we need to wait for sunrise, the tribals are dangerous, if they found you there, they will kill you, and sir if you came along with me, they would kill both of us", he replied.

"Carlos the tribal villagers trust you, and you helped them, then why will they kill you if I came along with you?", I replied.

"That is because sir, they will think that I brought an imposter along with me and I betrayed them, the tribals can't understand things easily, they will only believe their eyes, and what they see, so they will assume that you are going to harm them, and they will blame me for getting you there, so sir we need to be very careful, the tribals are unpredictable, they can do anything", he replied.

"Carlos how can you say that my wife is safe? In their hands, they could harm my wife, and along with her they will harm my baby", I replied.

"Don't worry sir, the tribal villagers will not harm your wife or your baby", he replied.

"How can you say that?You Just said that they are very dangerous", I asked him.

"Yes sir they are dangerous and they can harm you and other unknown people, but they won't harm the known ones", he replied.

"What do you mean Carlos?What do you mean by known ones?How did Addison know those tribal villagers, and how did they know about her?"I asked him.

"That is because your wife had been there before to that village, she had once gone to visit them, and she offered food to the people there, because on one was ready to help them, so mrs Addison helped them, she also saves the children's life, they were above to drown in the water, and the other villagers didn't know that their children live was in danger because they were busy in their own work, mrs Addison saved the kids, and the tribal are in debt of her, so they won't harm your wife sir, don't worry", he replied.

"Yeah you are right, Addison helped people who are in need", I replied.

"Yes sir, don't worry your wife is alive, and she is safe with the tribals", I replied.

"Did you visit her Carlos?", I asked him.

"Yes yes, I visited your wife for 6 months, and her belly had increased, she gained consciousness but her condition was still sensitive, after six months I didn't visit her because I was busy with work, so I couldn't meet her, and I am sorry for that sir", he replied.

"It's okay Carlos don't blame yourself, the cops are to be blamed, I told them to find Addison but they couldn't find her, I am disappointed with them", I replied.

"It's not their fault sir, no one would expect that your wife must be with the tribal villagers, so please don't blame the cops", he replied.

"Thank you so much Carlos, for informing me about my wife, otherwise I would never be able to find her again, it's all because of you I could find my wife", I replied.

"Sir I should thank you, just because of you I can now treat my mother, I can pay her hospital bills and also my loan, I will try my best to return your money back sir", he replied.

"It's okay Carlos, there is no need for you to return the money back, you can keep it along with you, this is nothing, you helped me a lot today, Addison is the love of my life, and I can do anything for her, this money is nothing, my wife is everything for me, and you helped me, thank you so much Carlos", I replied.

"Sir I will help you find your wife tomorrow, for now I will take my leave", he replied.

"Yes Carlos you can leave now, I will meet you tomorrow, and remember don't tell anyone about this, if anyone gets to know about this, they would try to harm Addison, I have a lot of enemies around me, who are waiting for a perfect opportunity to harm her, and they know very well that Addison is my weakness, if they was to harm me, they will harm Addison, so please don't tell anyone about this", I replied.

"Yes sir, don't worry, no one will know that your wife is with the tribal villagers", he replied.

"Yes Carlos, if anyone gets to know that she is with them, they will harm the innocent tribal people, and they will harm my wife too", I added.

"I won't tell anyone, I cannot put the innocent tribal villagers life at risk, don't take tension about this sir, I won't let anyone know", he replied.

Carlos left my room.

I sat on the coach, I was so happy that I finally got to know that my wife is alive, and my baby is safe too, but Addison's condition is still sensitive, I felt like leaving my mansion now, and I felt like heading towards the tribal village so that I could get my wife back, but Carlos told me that if I would go there, they could harm me, and there were chances of them to harm Addison and my baby, I couldn't put my wife's life at risk, so I decided to head tomorrow in the morning towards the tribal village, and tomorrow it's self I will get my wife back here, I for few months I would not let anyone know that she is alive, I cannot risk losing her again.

After a few minutes Jared knocked at my door.

"Sir, can I come in?"He asked me.

"Yes you can jared!!", I replied back.

"Can I ask you a question sir?"He asked me.

"Yes you can Jared ask me whatever you want, I will reply to all of your questions", i replied.

"Why did it take so much time for that man to leave your room, why did he want to meet you?"Jared asked me.

"He wanted some money for his mother, his mother is not well and she needed treatment, and he didn't have the money for that, on top of that, he had to pay his loan, his condition was not good, so I helped him out with the money", I replied.

"Okay sir, but I felt that man fishy, please be careful of him, we don't know anything about him, he can be a threat to you sir, and he could also be one of Nolan's men, we cannot trust anyone for now sir, you need to be more careful about that Man, and sir it is my duty to protect you from unknown people, so before meeting any unknown, please let me check his background history so that I can know more about that person, and I can keep you safe", he replied.
