Beryl's POV
“What's wrong? Go and open the door.” Athena said when she realized I was still sitting and staring at her and not making any attempt to open the door that was being knocked on.
“No, what if it is Alpha Aiden?” I asked her and she laughed.
“Wait o! Is this really serious like this?” she asked, laughing while I just stared at her.
“Really? Ahh. Let me help you then.” She said, and I watched in despair as she walked to the door.
When she turned back and looked at me, I stood up from the bed and began walking to the bathroom. She laughed and pulled the door open as she kissed the person at the door. I knew it wasn't Alpha Aiden but my brother Gard.
