Beryl's POV
I sat in my room thinking about what I should do to save myself from the chaos ahead. It's been two days since the afternoon I had a vision of Alpha Kai, the Ultima and the Dark Hunter. I've been having sleepless nights because they kept chasing me in my dreams and every new day seemed closer to D-Day, the day the Ultima would finally reveal himself to everyone.
I was still in my father's pack because of what the Dark Hunter said about leaving, and I hoped he would come soon, as I was already restless keeping all of these secrets to myself and my family.
“Berry!” My dad called as he knocked on my door.
“Yes, dad.” I responded, standing up immediately.
“Your guards are back.” He told me and this news took me out of my room to meet the two guards I had sent back to Dark Tide
