Beryl's POV Tears stung my eyes as I realized the deep s**t I was in. “Mom.” I exclaimed, turning to her for consolation, expecting to hear something like “it's going to be okay”, but my mom turned her back on me and began sobbing. “Mom!” I called again in tears, and she immediately dragged me into her arms. “I’m so sorry, baby.
