I knew I should listen to Louis as he told me to calm down.  But when has a woman who has been told to calm down had that actually work on her?  I struggled harder as the panic grew inside of me. Looking back at the creature on the couch, his glowing eyes watched me.  He smirked and I looked at his teeth, watching them lengthen into sharp points.  I panic turned to fear, and I turned and weaved around Louis. His fingertips grazing my arm as I ran.  I heard a roar much too loud for human vocal cords and a loud thump followed by a pain-filled groan.  My heel caught the rug, and I dropped to the ground quickly springing to all fours.  My pencil skirt making it next to impossible to stand up without assistance or at least something to push myself up with.  I looked back crawling as fast as I
