(JOY) My heart skipped a beat when Martin lightly squeezed my hand that he was holding. I was startled and almost jumped out of the seat. I tried to pull away again but he stopped me. “Get used to it, Joy.” My mouth fell open and tried to calm down. I could feel cold sweat trailing down my spine but I still answered, “Okay.” And because I suddenly feel brave, I even twisted my body to face him.
