LARA’S FLASHBACK
Everyone is buzzing around like busy bees for the first time in forever inside this house. It is not like I do not like what is happening, I am just completely bewildered for the fact that the people in this house are still capable of this kind of excitement. I actually thought that they are not anymore, especially since everyone is still torn about the death of my mother and the coming of my step-mother. Nevertheless, I do not want to think about anything else, I am just happy to see that people here are still humans after all.
“Lady Lara, we already arranged your bath. Shall we help you?”
I offered a kind smile and shook my head. I told them that I can bath on my own, but that I would need them to help me get dressed like the usual.
