“Is it my turn yet?”
Out of all the things that could happen tonight, knowing that Knight Vain will be here and he would be asking me for a dance are the things that never even made it to the list I have. One is that I know that he belongs to the North Kingdom. That is not a problem, but I genuinely thought that this event is exclusive for the citizens of the West Kingdom; nevertheless, I am surprised to see him. Which makes the second one all about my surprise as he waits for us.
Prince Yael grins at him before facing me. “I will leave you with him, Lady Lara. Thank you for the dance.”
In all honesty, I did not want for Prince Yael to leave. I cannot say that I am making sense, but I guess I can say that I am not ready to be along with Knight Vain yet… no,
