Alpha Ace’s P.O.V

I was in the mood for something different, something better. All these she-wolves were driving me crazy, only ever wanting to be Luna of my pack. It's been twenty years since my father stepped down, making me the Alpha and when he did he told me that a strong Luna would make me even more powerful, that the love we shared would be like no other and that she would control and help the pack with me, but I still had yet to find her. Sure, I’ve had my fun, but it was getting old now and I was ready for my mate. I was sitting in my office, trying to get paperwork done because I knew that the new Alpha Don, Isaiah, was coming to my pack. He was looking for one of my pack members that had taken money from him, saying that they were going to form their own pack, but he never did, he gambled all the money away. I had tried to talk to him about it, but he wouldn’t listen and in the end he turned rogue and ran away. I could only shake my head when I got the call from Alpha Don Isaiah, telling me that he was going to be in my territory in about two minutes, but it would take another twenty minutes to get from the gates to the pack house, so I had a little time. I linked the guards and let them know to open the gates and let him inside as soon as they saw him. After twenty minutes Alpha Don Isaiah was in my office, pacing back and forth, pissed off that the wolf he wanted wasn’t here.

“Where the f**k is he? I want him here and I want him here now.” Alpha Don Isaiah asked, but I shook my head.

“Sir, he ran into the woods when he found out that I knew what he did. I can try to mind-link him and then open my mind up to you so you can hear what he says, but do not act like that in my pack. I’m the Alpha of this pack and I didn’t steal from you, he did, so don’t talk to me like that. I have told you before that we go by the rules here, so respect me and I will respect you.” I replied, but Alpha Don Isaiah looked at me like I was crazy. He gave me a strange look, like I had forgotten who I was talking to and then he started laughing.

“Ace, did you forget why I am here? I will respect you later, but right now I am here on business. Link his sorry ass and ask him to come back here. I know that you have the money to give him so that he can give it to me, so do it now, Ace or I’ll take it out on your ass and you know I will.” Alpha Don Isaiah said and I growled deeply, not liking how he threatened or spoke to me.

“You will do no such thing. This is my home, my territory and you will respect it. Your father never would have done this, maybe it was too soon to make you Alpha Don.” I replied and he moved quickly, grabbing me by the throat and slamming me against the wall. I punched him in the face and knocked him back from me.

“THIS IS MY PACK, YOU MOTHERFUCKER!!! YOU ARE ON MY LAND!! DO WHAT YOU CAME HERE TO DO AND THEN GET THE f**k OUT OF MY TERRITORY!!!!” I shouted, but yet again Isaiah started laughing.

“I see you still have it, old friend. Come on, let’s get this asshole.” Isaiah said and I smirked. This was just like old times when we used to brawl.

“Chain, I have the money for you, you can give it to the Alpha Don and you will be off the hook with him, now get your ass back here and get it so that you can take it to him. You and I both know that you will die out there by yourself.” I said, mind-linking Chain.

“Fine, fine, it’s already been two weeks since I’ve been out here and all I have been doing is hiding from the things out here. I’ll be there soon.” Chain replied, mind-linking me back and I ended the link.

“He’s such a loser, but he will be here soon. This suitcase is filled with one dollar bills, so he won’t notice when he opens the case to check it out.” I said and Isaiah nodded.

“Then we will handle it from there, just sit back and relax.” Isaiah said, just as the door knob started to turn. Without warning the door started to open and we both knew that it was now or never. Isaiah backed away from the door and Chain walked through it, stepping right into the room. When he was standing in front of my desk Isaiah grabbed him by the back of the neck and spun him around, then grabbed him by his throat and picked him up so that his feet were dangling from the floor. Chain’s face was turning blue and then purple before Isaiah let go and he dropped to the floor, gasping for air.

“Yo….you son of a b…bitch. You betrayed me.” Chain said, trying to catch his breath as he looked at me.

“I didn’t betray you, Chain, you betrayed yourself. I just want you gone so that my pack will go back to normal, that’s all. Isaiah, he’s all yours.” I said and watched as Isaiah jerked Chain up off the floor and with one swift move snapped his neck. I already had guards waiting outside the office door and as soon as Chain’s dead body hit the floor I mind-linked them to come inside and remove him.

“Burn his body.” I said as they picked him up and carried his lifeless body outside. Isaiah stood there and after a few seconds threw two thousand dollars onto my desk.

“Thanks man, that's for damages and might I add, you still have one hell of a right hook. We need to hang out sometime to catch up and you need to think about joining us. There could be a lot of insurance involved and a lot of money, just think about it, okay, until then you have my number. I’ll be seeing you, old friend.” Isaiah said and I nodded. I walked Isaiah out and after he left I was so grateful that all this s**t was all over and done with. There has only ever been three men that have scared the s**t out of me, my father, Isaiah and his father, Mercury Black. It was a good offer and I might just think about joining the mafia Don, after all, what could it hurt? I will have all kinds of benefits and money, but then again I already have that. I walked back into my office to finish some paperwork, needing to get it done now before I forgot about it and had my desk overrun again with papers and files. I was almost finished with the paperwork when there was a knock at my door and my wolf, Spade, deeply growled in my head. We both knew right away who it was, Cara, she has been trying to get me to make her my chosen mate and the Luna of the Black Howling Moon pack for a couple of years now. She has already threatened other she-wolves to stay away from me, telling them that she was going to be my Luna. I thought it was funny, but at the same time it pissed me off because I had only ever slept with her twice and both times I kicked her out of my room afterwards. I had never made her promises, just like the others.

“Courtney, be in my office in five minutes, please.” I said, mind-linking my sister and I could have sworn I saw her smirk in my mind. Cara walked into my office and towards me without waiting for me to say enter.

“Alpha, I was wondering if there was anything and I mean anything I could do for you? I know how hard you have been working, so maybe you need a break from doing all this paperwork.” Cara said and I watched as she walked behind my desk. She stood behind me and placed her hands on my shoulders, then began to rub them. I admit it did feel good having my shoulders massaged, but her scent was hurting my nose. I grabbed her hands, making her sit on my lap, even though my wolf was growling at me for doing so. He didn’t like her at all and it took all I had in me to keep him at bay. He wanted to rip her to shreds and I couldn’t blame him. I could smell the scent of another man on her and from how strong it was it seemed like she had only f****d him a short time ago, like right before she came to my office. The dirty b***h hadn’t showered and now she was here wanting me too. I was trying not to gag with her on my lap, but I was just waiting for my sister to come in and not more than a few seconds went by when I smelled my sister's scent, which immediately made me smirk. My sister, Courtney, knocked and opened the door before walking in and then shutting the door behind her. I felt Cara tense and knew that she didn’t like this one bit, she even snarled at her, like she was a female after my d**k or the Luna crown instead of my sister.

“Do you have any respect at all for your Alpha and Luna? We are trying to have a moment here.” Cara said, turning to look at me.

“I must remember to lock that door when we are in here alone, my Alpha.” Cara said and I couldn’t help it as I started laughing. I pushed Cara off my lap and Courtney chuckled as she grabbed Cara by the neck and turned her head from right to left. Cara looked confused as Courtney shook her head and then smirked, but then Cara jerked away from her.

“What the hell are you doing? You’re disrespecting…..” Cara started to say, but my sister grabbed her by the throat again before she could finish.

“I don’t see a mark on your skanky neck at all and yet you call yourself the Luna of this pack. If you are a Luna then why did you sleep with someone before you came inside this office? Next time don’t forget to shower, you stink like a slutty rogue bitch.” Courtney replied, as Cara was hitting her arms, trying to free herself from Courtney’s grasp. Courtney tightened her grip and walked her out of the office, with me following closely behind them. I watched as Courtney threw her out of the pack house and onto the ground outside.

“If I was you, which thank the Moon Goddess I’m not, but if I was then I wouldn’t step foot inside this pack house again, unless you are called here. Is that clear? My brother doesn’t want you, if he did then you would have been marked by now and he hasn’t done that, so go home and be with the guy or whoever else dares to be with you. Whoever it is, I pity him because you won’t stay faithful to him either.” Courtney said and Cara snarled at her. She huffed and got up from the ground, dusting herself off before turning around and going home.

Cara’s P.O.V

I walked into Ace’s office to try and seduce him, I even tried rubbing his shoulders and I thought I was getting somewhere when he sat me on his lap, but there was something off with him today and the next thing I knew Courtney came into the office. I lost my temper with how she just walked in, which was so disrespectful to her Alpha and Luna, but then Ace pushed me off his lap. I was going to have a go at him, but then Courtney grabbed me by the throat and looked at my neck, then threw me out of the pack house. I swear to the Moon Goddess I am going to get that b***h and any other b***h that dares trying to be his Luna. I will make that man mine, one way or another I will be his mate and I will be the Luna of this pack. Just you wait and see because when I am the first thing I am going to do is kill that b***h, I thought to myself. I will be the Luna of this pack or there will be no Luna at all, I thought as I walked into my house and slammed the door shut.

“So, how did it work out, I see you’re back here instead of there?” A voice said, making me jump when I heard it.
