The king of Aba and his men were now nearing a town called The Skull. The skull is believed to be the aboard of the ancient beast. It was said that the ancient beast first came into existence in The Skull and the king and his men believed that if they could easily find the beast they could do that in The Skull. They arrived The Skull and dismounted their horses, looking around and getting ready with their swords. The king asked them to be on alert as he could feel the breathing of the beast. His men then rounded up, backing themselves while the king remained in their middle with the seed of power in his hand. Suddenly the beast tore it's way from a nearby bush and began to head towards them. The king pointed the seed at it and the beast stopped halfway and started panting, his nose filled with smoke and his eyes filled with fire. He began to walk round the soldiers, eyes focused on the king as the king kept pointing the seed at his face. At a point the beast stopped moving and slowly bent his head to prove his loyalty to the king. The king smiled and the soldiers with him were amazed but refused to lower their swords. The king came out of their midst and began to go near the beast. The beast was still quite when the king was almost upon his face and then he raised his face to look at the king and the king gasped, holding the seed tightly. ************ Adere's mother, Shante and Shuru were seen riding in a desert. "How? my son could be dead?" she cried out. "Or he could be alive! We have to keep moving!!!" said Shante aloud but Adere's mother was done running. She dismounted her horse and sat on the ground. Shuru who had stopped his horse was now looking back at them. "What is it?" he asked Shante. "She is tired and has refused to move again!!" said Shante. Shuru dismounted and walked up to them. "If the King's men find us here we will be dead. We have to keep moving until we are out of the desert?!" said Shuru. "If they come at us again it means they have killed my son. I will stay here" said Adere's mother and Shuru sighed. Before them was a rider and they paused to see who it was. "That is Adere!" shouted Shante and Adere's mother began to run towards him. Shante and Shuru joined her as they met with Adere. Adere jumped down and embraced them. "I had to fight them but they were too many for me and I had to run. I had to lead them towards another direction and escaped from them" he said and embraced his mother again. "All thanks to Shante" said Adere's mother. Adere looked at Shante and gave her a hug. "Thank you Shante. On a good day I will repay you generously" he spoke and Shante smiled shyly. Before long they had mounted their horses and had sped off the desert. ***********
