I woke up with the feeling that today wasn’t going to be a good day. There was this tension on my chest and this cloud in my mind that left me dazed and pressured. Luckily, I don’t have to be at the shelter till twelve but out of habit forced upon me, I’m up at five-thirty. Deciding to go for a run, I brushed my teeth and got dressed before heading down.
