I've been home for a week now and I wish I could say that I'm recovering and getting back to normal, but that couldn't be any farther from the truth. My wounds may be healing, but it's like someone hit the reset button on my brain, erasing the past few months from memory completely.
I can't remember my attacker, Hailey. Logan explained to me that she's an old friend of Asher's with a few mental problems. Her jealousy is what prompted her to leave me for dead in the middle of a field outside of town.
