Morning came, and Alan fell asleep while thinking about Amanda. When she woke up, she saw that Steve has already gotten up and was getting ready for the office.
She sat up on the bed and greeted Steve who was standing next to the bed, putting on his tie.
“Good morning.”
Her hair is disheveled in a mess.
He turns to her and greeted them back, “Good morning.”
“Slept well?”.
She nods.
“You have already dressed up. Shall I get you something? Did you have breakfast?”.
“Um….not yet. I was thinking of eating together with you. Go and freshen up then.”
Amanda became surprised to hear that.
“Ah….sure. I’ll freshen up right away.”
