Chapter 19

After Fifteen years,Agora is now a woman in his sixties,nature is already taking his course on her,she now have wrinkles and she is becoming feeble but she is still as intelligent and virtuous as she is back in her prime age.Once's attitude cannot change even when there is changes in the appearance of the doer.She accommodates children and show care to the mothers.

George on the other hand is growing old but still very much agile .He could still go to farm not to work though but to supervise his farm .

One day,Agora is outside sitting under a mango tree with her husband when they see a car approaching their house,they are surprise but they sit down each thinking who the person could be.The car stop at the front of their house and Tony comes out looking handsome and posh .

He greets them,"Good evening sir and ma,hope I meet you well?","Yes,George reply,"have your sit my child,"he took another chair from the verandah and put it beside his mother's friend and sit down."What can I Offer you Tony?,"Nothing ma"he replied,"actually, I am here you invite to the twin's convocation programme which will be coming up in two weeks times"."Two weeks times,we thank God and you,so my children will be graduating",tears flow freely from her eyes,she cannot control it,her joy knows no bound.

After Tony spend like an hour with them,he inform them that he is about to take his leave but before he leaves ,he give them a letter.Tony get into his car and zoom off.

Chapter 20

They both open the letter,it read thus:

No 30,Finchley Street,

Gortew.

30th April,1929.

Dear parents,

We hope this letter meet you well,We are happy to write this message to you and also to inform you about our convocation coming soon .

A big thank to you for bringing us into the world and caring for us.We thank you for provisions and also for the money you use to send us and also the words of encouragement and guidance we use to receive from you through your letters .

Finally,we are able to repay in our own little way by emerging the best in our department therefore making you proud of us.

We will have to stop here,see you very soon.

They are both speechless,Agora weep tears of joy .She is the happiest person .After staying in this word of happiness for a while,they both sit.

"Sweetheart,are you the one sending provisions and writing letter to the twin?",she sigh,"yes, I am the one darling, I use to write letters to the twin once in a month and also send money and provisions to Tony to give them but I do this writing our name "she said happily."So you have been doing this and you did not inform me "he managed to mutter,"Since what you do is to always ask about when they are coming home and that is all , I decide not to bother you because you have alot on your mind since the money you earn from your farming is what you used to build this house,I cannot add more to your burden"

George cannot stop being marvel ,he stands up and plant a kiss on her forehead.

Chapter 21

The convocation programme started around 10am,Mr and Mrs.Dertenare there gracing the occasion.The twin are also looking good in their graduant attire.The twin are handsome,this is not an exaggeration.

After all has been done ,the prizes were given to the student who did well .It was an occasion that will forever stay in Agora's mind not because of the prizes the twin collected but because of the speech the twin read to everyone's hearing,though short but meaningful,the part Agora memories is the paragraph where they said:.....to our parent who believed in us, we will forever be Indebted to you,you saw the gold in us,you I vested in us .We cannot forget you not in this world or world to come.Upon hearing this,Agora weep like a child and her husband console her saying,"you deserve beauty for ashes,gain for the pain you passed through,you are a gem.

The programme finished, pictures were taken and Agora thank his friend and his son .She further show her appreciation by dedicating the prizes to Desire.

The twin were offered jobs and they both became rich.

One day ,they both came to the village to carry their parents to the city,they did not tell the reason insisting that it is a surprise.Leonard stopped the car before a gigantic house ,the name inscribe on the gate reads thus"AGORA DERTEN'S ORPHANAGE HOME".

Agora cried like a baby and her husband whispered into her ear,"you deserve more".
