The Weakest Knight picks up a System.

12: You passed!

Kit was like floating on midair, trying to grasp what's happening, then an unknown dream played, a kingdom on the distance and it was a peaceful kingdom, suddenly an unknown black hole appeared on the sky.

Then the dream faded and he was shown a different one, countless screams were heard as dark beings swarmed the kingdom. Killing civilians and destroying the houses. Mages were trying to defend their kingdom but they failed. One by one all of the people died. Again, the dream faded and Kit was shown a new one.

The throne room where the King was standing, besides him were knights. The Queen was behind him and saying something

"What about our child?!" The Queen said, the King was not moving from his position, he's standing, awaiting his enemies to enter the castle.

"Take him somewhere he'll grow up just fine, use the stone i gave you to escape! Quickly!" The King said furiously, then the castle door was broken down and dark beings swarmed inside.

The King readied his sword, the knights also did the same, an unknown man walked inside the room, clapping.

"Bravo, your majesty, you still have the courage to defend the kingdom. I salute you, and for that I'll give you a quick death." The man shrouded in black said while laughing.

"Elena! Quickly!" The King furiously shouted at the Queen

A man entered the room, a young man in his late 20's and was ready to fight, then the Queen saw him and ran to him. She gave the child to him and said

"Raise him well, please." The Queen said, her tears were falling down and the dream was fading away like a smoke and Kit felt his body falling down and down.

It was morning, Kit didn't know what happened, he's laying on a bed, unable to move. All he remembers is that he passed out on the cavern he was in. A device he held once disappeared from his hands, after that the headache knocked him unconscious, now he's just laying in an unknown bed.

"He's awake now." An unknown voice rang on his ears, it was muffled, his eyes slowly opened and the blurred sight then became clear. There, an unknown man was checking up on his body, he was touching his chest like he's trying to check for heartbeat.

"His heartbeat is normal, no abnormalities and no magical fluctuation." The unknown man said, besides him was Cromwell, checking up on him.

"Lad, you've been unconscious for quite sometime now." Cromwell said, Kit was still half asleep and didn't know what was happening, he looked up to the ceiling, trying to remember the dream he had earlier, about an unknown kingdom and those dark beings killing everyone. Was that just a dream? Or did something really happened in the past. Kit didn't know.

Kit fell asleep again, he felt his consciousness fading away

"He'll fully wake up later, I;ll tell him to see you later." The unknown man said to Cromwell

"Alright." Cromwell said, he left the room and Kit fell asleep again.

After many hours, Kit woke up. Now he's fully waken up, he sat on his bed and saw the window. It was near dusk, the sun is already setting. He felt his body as if he wasn't even injured. 

Kit took off the blanket on him and got up from the bed, he realized he's only wearing his underwear. 

"W-What the-" Kit searched for his clothes immediately, after searching it he found his trousers on a chair, neatly folde, and a white tunic.

Kit wears his trousers and the tunic that was folded there. He opened the door and got out, he's still bandaged and some wounds were still there, but his body is feeling fine.

He walked the hallway, he didn't know where he is though, a long hallway with many doors. Then he heard a distant voice, It's like they were arguing on someting

"He'll need food! He's been out for 3 days!" The one guy said

"No, herbs, he these herbs to recover quickly." The other guy also said

Kit thought their voices was familiar until the 2 guys turned on the corner and saw Kit walking towards them.

"Y-You're awake?!" Lance said and hurriedly rushed towards Kit, he asked a few question until Kit got bugged out and answered them

"How are you feeling?" Grant said, he's still the same buffed guy who's carrying herbs all the time. He was holding a basket full of herbs, and Lance was holding a basket full of bread.

"I'm fine now, thanks for visiting me." Kit said while scratching his cheeks

"By the way, where are we?" Kit asked, he's been wondering where he woke up from. With the unknown man checking up on him and a bed which was more comfortable than his own bed.

"Oh, we're here in the Camelot Knight's main headquarters." Lance casually said like he's been here a thousand of times/

"T-T-The headquarters?!" Kit was surprised, he's been sleeping on the headquarter's bed for 3 days.

The Camelot Knight's Headquarters are only exclusive to only knights of Camelot  no one other than the knights had entered here . Kit was too surprised that he wants to jump from the Headquarter's window. 

"Oh yeah, Captain Crowmwell wants to meet you in his office in the upper stairs." Lance said, and he stuffed Kit with the bread he's been holding.

After eating for quite sometime since this is the first meal he had for the last 3 days. They reached Cromwell's office and knocked on the door.

A rough voice came from the other side of the door saying "Come in!" 

The three walked inside and saw Cromwell sitting in front of a desk, he's looking at the three as if they're his pray.

The three got a little terrified and stood up straight, they didn't even know why they're in his office.

"As you all know, you've been removed from the Hunt because of injuries, you've been disqualified because.the exams had already ended, and you three only finished one of the exam...." Cromwell said

The three was about to lose spirit when...

"But due to you bravery, fighting off the wolves and this young lad sacrificing himself. You lads gave me enough evidence to pass you all. Welcome to the Camelot Knights. Do you best." Cromwell said. he stood up and saluted. The three were about to cry but they saluted back to their superior.
