Serenity had a wave of emotions flash over her. She was thankful that Adalon would soon be saved, she was worried about her father and friends who would be fighting, and she was worried about all aspects with Damien. She would miss him and worry about him terribly. She met Damien’s eyes that were also filled with conflict and nodded her head. Damien then held a folded letter to her. She reached out and took it and glanced up to Damien.
“This came with the messenger for you.” Damien answered her unspoken question.
