A lot of weres were witnessing the fight that it was hard to squeeze in the crowd. We squeezed in until I could see the whole area where Chris and Andrew were circling around, watching and observing each other.

It pained me to see Andrew in his state. I could see that he was tired and he was soaked with his own sweat since they fought in their human form. But I felt so proud that he was able to defeat the lead warrior and scout.

I think Andrew knew that I was there because I saw him rolled his eyes and met with mine making my heartbeat went crazy. I wanted to say some encouraging words but my mouth were glued.

"Pay attention." I heard Chris said to Andrew.

Andrew looked at Chris. "I am."

They charged at each other and he was pushed by Chris and I immediately closed my eyes and looked away when I heard the sound of their bodies hitting the ground with Andrew in a disadvantage position.

I didn't want to see them fighting and I looked away because I was also afraid that I might jump between them to stop the fight. Jack pulled me closer inside his arms and I nudged closer to him. I wanted to mute the sound of Andrew getting beaten up with Chris and Caim was trying to take over me so bad but I fought him.

I wanted to cry but also fight myself not to. I was fighting all my emotions that was whirling inside me. Everything I was feeling was too much to me and I knew I was going to pass out any moment so I gripped his shirt so hard.

I woke up and I stood up abruptly remembering what happened before I passed out making me grunt as I felt my head became dizzy.

"Paige!" Eziel exclaimed when he saw me and I looked around. I was inside my room and I was looking for Andrew.

"Where's Andrew?" I asked, breathlessly.

"He's fine." He said and hearing what Eziel said made me feel relieved but I still wanted to see him and confirm if he was indeed alright.

"Where is he?"

Eziel held my shoulders and steaded me.

"Calm down, he's fine and currently resting in his room."

"I want to see him Eziel, please." I begged just when I heard the door of my room opened and Jack went inside.

"Relax, you're going to see him after you feel fine." Jack said and Eziel nodded. "You don't have to worry. Your mate's a Realm after all, we're hard to kill." He said and chuckled.

He stopped chuckling when Eziel and I didn't laugh at his joke. "Why so serious?"

"What happened?" I asked.

"You passed out." Jack answered.

"I mean Andrew." I looked at Jack and them to Eziel when they took time to answer me making my heartbeat went crazy.

"He got beaten up with Chris." Jack said and I bit my bottom lip trying to stop myself from feeling like crying again. I just want to stop the water works. "But he passed the test and alpha Chris accepted him not because he's your mate but because he showed how sincere he was and how he wanted to do everything for his mate even if risking his life. He deserved it."

I couldn't help but cry when I heard Jack and Eziel pulled me in a hug and I hugged him back tightly.

"I told you it'll be alright." Eziel said and I nodded my head.

Andrew was sleeping for a whole day already and even though I know he was just sleeping but I still feel restless and Caim was grunting about how he wanted Andrew to wake up.

I couldn't even take my eyes away from him and how I wanted to touch him but I was afraid that he might wake up and caught me. After all, we still didn't know each other that well and I wanted to know him better.

I slowly reached my hand to his hair on his forehead and brushed it away then pulled my hand back, feeling my cheeks heating up. I wasn't use on doing things like this and it was weird because it was the first time I felt this kind of feeling. I never wanted to touch anyone but Andrew was different. Of course, since he was my mate.

I jumped when I heard a soft knock from the door and Lorain came inside.

"Dinner, Paige." She said and I nodded.

"Don't worry too much, he will wake up soon." Chris said after dinner and when we were already left alone in the dining room. He told me to stay after dinner.

I nodded my head. "Thank you, Chris." I said and he ruffled my hair.

"How many times have you tell me those words, Paige. You don't have to thank me. It was because of his own hard work and I am thankful that you have a mate like him." He said and I smiled at him. "But it doesn't mean that I won't be watching him. You know how I don't want you to get hurt. We always want the best for you Paige."

I hugged Chris and he hugged me back.

"You should rest too." He said.

"I will. Good night, Chris."

He smiled at me. "Good night, our big baby." He chuckled when he heard me grunt.

I couldn't fall asleep because I kept on thinking about Andrew. I wanted to see him but it was still in the middle of the night. I looked at my phone and checked the time. It was still eleven in the evening and I feel like I couldn't sleep at all.

I groaned and threw the blanket away from me and stood up. I was pacing back and forth in my room thinking if I should go and visit Andrew in his room in the middle of the night or not.

I never felt so confused.

I went out of my room with my heart beating fast as I approached Andrew's room.

I opened the door slowly and sneaked inside. Andrew was still sleeping and I was glad he was because I wouldn't know what to do if he was awake and caught me sneaking like a pervert in his room.

I quietly walked to the bed and sat on the edge. He smell so irresistible and Caim couldn't keep his hands to our mate.

Let me take over for a minute. Caim said.

I looked at Andrew and frowned. "No, Caim. What are you going to do?"

I just want to feel our mate. Come on. He ranted and I was wondering what he was going to do.

"Promise me you won't do anything or else I will never let you take over again." I muttered.

I promise. Caim promised and I was still hesitating but I let him took over my body and I regreted it immediately.

Caim laid down beside Andrew and he nudged even closer. I didn't complain because being near and close with Andrew like that was my guilty pleasure.

"I know you love it." Caim muttered making me roll my eyes.
