THIRD POV. The tension in the air around the White Shadow Pack was so thick you could cut it with an axe. Everyone was worried and restless after the news of Nessa’s disappearance spread through the pack. But it was even worse for Lenora as she stood hiding behind one of the large pillars, watching what was happening. Alpha Draven stood at the center of the gathered warriors, fighting to keep himself upright as he addressed them. “We’re going out in groups, and I need everyone to stick together,” Alpha Draven announced, his sharp gaze sweeping over the pack warriors before him. “We’ll search the eastern and northern parts of the woods first.
