Lexis’s POV Being left on the side-lines was a tough pill to swallow. Everyone had their role to play, but while Stephen was missing, I was unsure what mine was. I knew that for the oath to break, I had to fulfil the final element, but what exactly he had intended me to do in participation was unclear. Because of this, I was unable to be guaranteed whatever involvement I had, would sever the oath. It naturally dissolves after the death of one of the parties involved, therefore, all I could do was what I knew was right and hope he died.
