As Ed sat behind his desk at his firm’s office on the second floor of the Wailea Business Center, he was preoccupied with reviewing a police report prepared after the fires at the Regal Wisteria Wailea resort. The report was pages upon pages of witness interviews of individuals who were present when either the first townhome exploded or when the second townhome caught on fire and soon thereafter exploded.
