The smaller television screen displayed the resort guest frantically proclaiming, “I seen it. I seen it all,” as Leilani Morris, a newscaster from KMTV, approached.
At first, Leilani was perplexed by the cacophony of voices excitedly discussing the firefighters injured while attempting to put out the resort fire. She anxiously looked at each guest to glean whether any of them had any relevant information about which firefighters were injured and how. None seemed to know anything in particular. The comments appeared to be based upon pure speculation at best, fueled by fears.
When she heard the guest declare once more he had seen it all, Leilani stepped forward and fervently asked, “What did you see?”
