In every city important and friendly enough to have a US Embassy, the CIA will be there too. It may be a single office with other offices located throughout the city, or it may be a suite of offices. Normally, however, it’s a suite of offices in an out-of-the-way section of the Embassy building or grounds. Security is always tight and deadly.
The CIA’s offices in Liberia are no different. They are located in a discreet section of the US Embassy, and one cannot gain access except through a system of doors that open remotely from inside after identification is confirmed visually.
