The words he said before he left the guest room, kept on playing in my mind repeatedly. Alpha Eleo has a special someone already and I could feel my heart being wrenched and my wolf’s sadness overwhelmed my whole being. How could the Moon Goddess mate me to someone whose heart already belonged to someone else? I thought with bitterness. Where will I go when I am completely fine and he would send me away already? I was drawn into deep thoughts; sadness and confusion consumed my heart.
“Would there be a day that I would experience happiness rather than pain and frustration, Moon Goddess,” I murmured as if talking personally to the Goddess whom I thought brought me all these kinds of misfortunes in my life.
