“Babe, I think they have a visitor. What do you think? Should we go?” I said to Dane before he could go out of the car.
“They have? How d'you know?” He looked up at me before turning to Brianna’s house.
“Someone came out of their gate. But I don’t know if there are still people inside the house.” I looked out, too, hoping to see the woman again. I was not disappointed as I saw her cross the street. “There! That’s her visitor!” I pointed to the woman.
“Where?” Dane mumbled from my side. But from the sound, he must be doing something else. I looked at him and saw him bent down, picking something up from the floor.
“There!” Still pointing to the road.
