Lexi POV
Our visit at home was not what Dane and I had expected it to be, though I was glad we could get to have time with my parents. It even looked like dad was starting to like Dane. They had a couple of drinks at home after our dinner and Dane went up to my bedroom, smiling.
“Are you sober?” I asked while he was inside my bathroom.
“I am. I just had one bottle, babe. It will not bring me down.” He stood by the doorway and continued on brushing his teeth.
“Good. I would like to talk to you.”
He nodded before going back inside the bathroom. About five minutes after, he got out, changed into his pajamas. Yes, he has to wear pajamas while we were in my parent’s house. He has to be fully clothed always in and around the house.
