His words keep echoing in her head as Jaelyn leans back on her door. She has been standing there for sometime while ignoring the pain developing in her legs. Her mind is on Lucas and whatever just happened between them. While his words were dripping with possesiveness they were filled with threats too and she doesn't know what to make of it. She hopes her decision hasn't backed him in a corner. No one wants Lucas Miller in that position not even her. He becomes like a wild animal that has suddenly found itself locked up in a cage making it more aggressive and dangerous.
On the other hand she doesn't know what to make of what just happened between them too. It was wild, hot and sweet at the same time and she doesn't think she will forget
