As I read Leo’s fathers diaries, I felt saddened. I knew his pain, to be fated for someone and to never be able to be with that person, was heart-breaking, at least they had a few months together before they
were parted.
I couldn’t put the diaries down, I kept reading. I found some mention of a cave, but nothing other than that. I read on and found the mentioning of some amulet.
When I got to the next diary my heat broke, I read about Leo’s fathers wedding to his mother. The way
Leo’s mother treated Leo, keeping him at a distance and how his father thought it would be best for him if he raised him to be hard and tough, to be a strong Alpha. He also mentioned his love for Leo and the of the love he still had for the son he and the Willow Lady lost. I saw a tea
